Long wait time (takes an average of 55 mins to reply in a LIVE chat) to get customer service replies and all of those are completely automated. Inflexible booking system coupled with unempathetic SOPs makes it impossible for them to outrival the bigger boys. Thinks that solving customer issues works simply by sending you scripted messages of their policies, otherwise you gotta write in via email. (Can you believe it, in this age of tech advancements 🤦🏻♀️) Definitely won't be going far.
Doesn't pick up credit card info from your mobile phone like most apps, which means entering every time or saving the card (which I won't for security). Needs improvement.
If I can give negative star I would. Purchase a booking at sea aquarium and payment via Atome. Purchase on atome was successful and had a receipt. However on Kkday its showed as under processing. My friend Purchase the same method and it was successful with booking confirmation. Tried to call them, contact them thru Web & App & email. Leave comment on IG & Pm them on IG. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Feels like a scam
The app validates completeness of data but doesn't prompt what was amiss. I couldn't continue without indicating my WhatsApp name but there was no error. App asked for too much info too compared to competitors. Personal data protection is a concern. There are very similar packages from the subject header. Failure to highlight key difference between 2 Yehliu / Jiufen / Shifen tour.

Horrible software. Won't allow you to purchase more than one item at a time. For Hong Kong Airport Express, very bad and misleading instructions making you hesitate over the term of use being specific for certain dates and persons only when such is not true in reality. The site should fix these bugs.
Bad experience dealing with mistake keyed in during booking. There was no summary page after traveller's info was keyed in. Mistake found after payment made and immediately notify them, but they are unwilling to amend the info. Actual day still 1 month away, there is still time for changes. Inflexible policy. Do not book if you are person who might key in wrong info.
I have a plan to visit a place on the same day and used the app for my first booking. After completing my order, and on my way to the booked place, the support team emailed me that my order is cancelled due to sold out. It is a very disappointing experience, and caused me much inconvenience
Paid for an activity which quoted me in local currency. Afterwards they can't book it and canceled my itinerary. Turns out they didn't reverse my charges but instead reimbursed me. Because of forex differences I didn't get the total amount I actually paid for. Not using this platform ever again.
Experience was amazing but support team needs alot of improvement. I booked hanbok experience at 1030am but have an alternative timing at 11am and 1130. Thought I have to inform support that we couldn't make it at 1030 so I called only to talk to your useless misinformed support team! App is good only support needs to be polished.
Had really bad experience booking a tour from your app. You cancelled my booking due to fullybooked tour then i had to go to process of so much hassle of refunding my money. First if it fullybooked dont offer it anymore on your site. You already ruined my plan as well the hassle of getting my money back. Very bad customer service.
Problems with confirming the tour. Phone numbers given do not work. Not able to contact anybody about the tours. App call simply says line is busy and no one will attend to you too. I've tried all ways. Don't waste your time booking here. Adds stress to your vacation
I am impressed of how organized and smooth sailing everything went on my trip. It was very easy to book and the e-vouchers were sent to me within 24-48 hrs and when it was time to use it, we just showed it to the tour guide and they took care of evertything. Because of my positive experience with KKDay (and with its professional affiliations) I will definitely book with them again AND recommend this app/website to my family/friends. I have 3 more bookings w/ KKDay and I'm so stoked!!!
The app is good but the check out process is way to complicated. Keep asking every single details of the guess. Why you need that much information? It is a day tour, not a security check point. I have tried to input detailed of 6 people in my group but after I hit Next, 1 field is missing and I have to do it all over again. Wasting my time, sorry KKday. Your deals are great but I do nit want that check out process. I have booked with another agent with just 1 click away to finish the task.
A must have app if you are going to travel in Taiwan, lots of activities and discounts available, especially the buy one get one free high speed rail tickets for foreigners. Great app and easy to use!
Clean app and great way to get awesome deals but is a hassle when trying to make purchases with credit cards when you're abroad with their extra layer of anti-fraud. You will need to verify with your provider(s) by phone before purchses go through.
Absolute WORST!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I paid hundreds of dollars for an event and got VIP tickets, they literally put me behind a Pole. As a photographer, they costed me thousands of dollars for the event. They have terrible customer service and their Taiwan office was unwilling to help me at all. Terrible Chinese company. STAY AWAY!!!!
Advertises erroneous and inaccurate information regarding one Trip that is being offered in this app and refund will take a lot of time. Agents are also not helpful, they will reply with templates. They won't provide concrete answers and will reply to you like an answering machine. Try other providers, like Klook. Never had a problem with them because they will honor their services, as advertised.
Their refund processing team is the worst of all!! I have a refund pending from KK day, initially when I cancelled my booking, I was told, the refund will be reflected in 30 days, but after 30 days when I follow up, I been told that they have high volume of refund and need to wait another 90 working Days! This is extremely ridiculous for holding my cash for very long. I have also engaged Klook for few other bookings which they provided top notch service and refunded my money within a week!
Avoid this app to buy ..if you do typo and request customer care ..they are non flexible..not customer friendly..wasted money and effort.

Snail and nasty customer service. Fortunately, I am a US customer using US bank, so I can get my money back easily. They confirmed your booking and charged you, then they changed the show schedule which is not working for you. They refused to refund even though voucher has never been used. Contacted the bank to get my money back. Customer service has 3 days to response to your message when your voucher must be used within 24hr. Poor company to ruin your trip.
I wanted to make several bookings for different activities in one payment so I could enjoy more discounted rates but apparently, the was no "add to cart" and "continue shopping" options. Or did i just miss it?
Smooth booking experience. The online chats helps me with details of booking. Hopefully the rest of experience during actual travels is good as well.
I could have rated 5 stars but the optimal suggestion feature for users in Vietnam needs to be improved. I looked for hop-on hop off sight seeing tour in Hn but it gave me results for another country? Cmon. The strong point is that there are many products with reasonable prices to choose from.
