New update is nice. Video converter features is also helpful. Download option is helpful but play option is not working in online mode. It is saying connection is dropped. Online video stored successful play in previous version app but this app have this simple bug. Should be fix.
Can't setup my cameras, in wireless installation option the SSID of my wireless network is not shown, it shows "unknown SSID". Before the application was updated it worked just fine. Please fix the app!!, I can not use my cameras!!. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 9 with Android version 9.
This app used to work perfectly, but after a recent software update the app has stopped responding. I can see my camera and all of my settings, but any button I click brings me back to the logo and restarts the app. Shame, I used to be very happy with both this app and camera.
I'm very disappointed. I've been using this application for a year and it worked great. Recently it updated and now connects but once I press to view the camera it continues to kick me out before I even can view it.
Unable to connect to SSID. Got a new phone Samsung Note 10+ and SSID is not showing. Not its garbage. Whats funny on this APP no feed back to tell you what's wrong. A lot of people having same issues here.
AS of a few days ago both my KKMOON cameras worked great. Now they show connected but when selected just get a spinning circle like it's try to start but never does. Was only on one camera but now on both !!! please get back to me !!
It doesnt work!!!. waist of money. wifi connection has no ssid so is usseless. older version were working ok. right now seems they mess the app. dont buy the products as right now the company is not providing the post buy service. shame Kkmoon.
Hope it records more than 1 day. Hope it loops after full memory usage. Not 1 day delete all. And make it scrolling while panning. Not swiping
does not work. moreover - even if I install the older version downloaded from the camera site (2.0.5) it still somehow keeps the data from the older installatiin and shows 2.1.5
Great for accessing camera from another network to veiw else where easy setup. Great use if you have someone in nursing home and they have free internet to check on family member.
Great, just wish I could control the infrared/LED's/night vision from the software instead of the camera auto switching.b(Please add to software!)
Have tried and tried! Light comes on, has two lights out. But, could never get the camera to work!
Very hard to connect can understand the directions won't connect for I was now trying to connect just watching a camera turn left and right up-and-down waste the money
the app works great and suits the purpose however the color goes in and out constantly and changes and the picture isnt very clear
The app only allows you to add cameras using the UID (a unique camera ID that allows camera access across the internet peer-to-peer) I perfer to turn that feature off for security, and connect to my cameras by the IP address on my LAN. It would be useful if you could allow cameras to be added by local IP address, or support ONVIF which many KKMoon cameras support anyway.
finally got it working but unable to use the zoom in or out functions or the audio - can someone tell me how to do this is real simple language as I am thick
I have no problem of this Camera since I installed it 2 years until end of december 2019 by accessing it through phone, tablet or laptop. And thanks to your latest update of the software for android phone where I can download the recorded video. Now here is my problem this January 2020 I can't access the camera if I'm away from home and using data or hotspot but if I'm at home and use wifi from home it works to access the camera. If I use phone data or xfinity hotspot it says no internet.
Let's you check your home and office any time you want to look in and also let's you adjust and set features when your away. You can also speak to whomever is being recorded.
Chinese junk , does not work or find wifi, says press reset yet reset there us no reset it's just empty air. Is everything China makes garbage.
When I scan the QR code it says it doesn't exist, so I put in the app manually and nothing works. I feel like I've been ripped off! 🤔😡ðŸ˜
UID code which is attached on the packing is not valid. Totally useless and waste my time and money.
I want to Thank kkmoon for updating the app now It's working great!! You guys should be proud for the GREAT job you have done. Keep the good work I'm a happy costumer.
Ever since I did the latest update the camera is in black and white not color no more, what happened?
It great ipcam but it doesn't work with new dual band router wifi but lan connection works
Was all working good then updated firmware now one of my cameras has no WIFI at all only wired works how do I backtrack firmware?
This app worked until I upgraded my modem/router to the Docsis 3.1 and error pro mesh system. Now I have phenomenal internet but garbage cameras that won't connect no matter what I do. I reached out to tech support and they never got back to me. Garbage camera and Garbage Tech/ support services. Don't buy KKMoon cameras, they won't work when you need them to.
