This app is heating up the phone. It is not well optimized.
Excellent and good app for employees
After completion of course, when we try for next button ( for Quiz ), that is opning, even on several attempts. We are forced to go back at index page and need to press Quiz button for Quiz attempting. This way every day we facing difficulty which needs to resolve
Unable to open courses in the App from last 1 month. It just hangs up as soon as I open it. I thought I'd update the phone then it'll work fine, unfortunately it didn't. Otherwise I loved using this App. It keeps me updated with the amendments in process and policies of the bank.

I am using this app around 9 months but recently it's asking me to update the app, same I have done but after onwards it's not allowing me to login. I am using my windows id and password but still it's not allowing. Iam getting error msg like : Plz check the input u have provided and try again. Kindly help me to rectify this issue. Due to this error I haven't completed my weekly quiz on time. Plz help me....
Such a wonderful app to learn ON THE GO.
I dnt know what's the issue with this app.. even after completion of courses its showing pending.. not only this even some courses are showing like u have exhausted all the attempts... Try to fix this problems...
When I try to open daily learning course, it's showing " pls download again! By clicking download" but their is no download option. Earlier it's working good but after recent update, it's not supporting
It very good app, every banking employee, learn many things from this app, Iam recently joined but i learned so much about banking information. This is very helpful to the new joined employees, especially for freshers..
Excellent app to know each and everything like products and new announcements about banking and internal circulations. No need to wait for supervisor or any other product team to answer the questions asked by the client. Very good app for assistance to the employee specially for sales.
App features are good but there are log in issues if we use frequently finger prints and file download sometimes goes blank.. need to improve that
useless and it does not gives u notifications, many notifications read still the report shows that its unread. it d9es not help at all

It is saying to update the app but in play store there is no option for updation. I have uninstall the app and then again reinstall the same but it is still showing to update the app. Kindly help

While useing this app for CPV.When I click the pics its not working.. It's automatically erase all filled data and photos are also not uploading..

Many time i have use KLAPP it's automatically force close the app think its a small bug and in KLAPP many device smile function are not working its only still loading... So team plz checked and resolved

Unable to open modules as it's show no modules has been given to me but from learning I am getting mails to complete the same. What is the issue with app??
