Klarna - Smoooth Payments

Awesome. A game changer. Love the one-time card feature, the fact that you can do an external search, like a search engine, if the app doesn't have the product/store you're looking for. That is to say, they have tons of retailers in-app. Meanwhile, the financing feature sets it apart, in addition to the traditional pay in 4 option. Highly recommended.

Overall I think it's a great app. It's seems well thought out in it's design and its hub and works well. But I just wanted to point out one little thing they should adjust, which is that ON the due date of your payment it should give you a notification saying that your payment is DUE TODAY, instead of a giant red banner reading, my payment is OVERDUE, I had to double check to make sure I didn't forget my due date. I didn't, so no harm done, it's an easy fix.

Sign in barely ever works. Managing payments is impossible if it won't let you log in. Going through the however-many-step verification process at various points gets nothing but the ever-so-helpful "Something went wrong. Please try again." Over and over and over from giving my email address to having a code sent to my phone. I understand if the process breaks every once in a while but this happens ALL THE TIME. I just want to pay my bill! This is the first and last time I'll use them.

this is great way to buy products on different sites, like Amazon, Walmart, biglots, ect make small payments every 2 weeks. you get a certain amount of financial credit to use, earn points while shopping to earn great things like gift cards for Amazon to buy things you want. or save them in Amazon, let them add up to buy something more expensive, for ffree. there is no credit check, no fees to use this payment app. great way to shop. love klarna.

Takes the money as it becomes available without any respect for your ability to pay at that time. "Payment required in full" oh okay I guess I'll save up to pay in full then? Which just means that it will be longer that you'll have to wait for your money. Super smart move Klarna you all are smooth brains. Can't recommend. And if you don't pay they send you to collections (unlike their competitors).

I love this app. this makes buying things possible when your in a crunch. and it's the only app that you can use on any website. I use it all the time. the only issue I have had is it set I had a certain amount purchase limit but it wouldn't let me use that amount. I'd rather you only display the amount that I can actually use than just a random number.

they apparently changed something and took away everyone's purchase power, I spent hundreds of dollars and never missed a payment a single time. now I have to build it back up all over again, or better yet switch over to affirm because they never randomly set my buying power to zero for no apparent reason. at least send out an email that your bending over your paying customers next time. thanks.

This is a really handy app. It's convenient, allows you to purchase items and make smaller payments that are easier to deal with, set up auto payments which makes it very convenient so you're not late or don't miss a payment, which is very important. On the app you can check the status of your payments and even pay them off early if you want to. Very handy and convenient.

I have been using Klarna for almost 2 years now. There was a decent credit line built up ($850), and I had no issues with it this entire time, up, until last month. But, very recently, they changed the way that their financing lines are paid, and something that I had on autopay-- which is set for every single order-- got knocked off, because it needed to have a bank account hooked up to it instead, and I didn't know that. As a result, I missed the very last payment. I thought it was still paying

I do NOT in ANY WAY, recommend Klarna to anyone unless you have a degree in computer technology! IT is NOT user friendly. I have had numerous phone calls trying to get this straightened out, and after all was supposedly resolved after an hour and a half phone call, one of several. The issue was NOT resolved. THEN, I had to chat with two reps, the first one telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Of course, when I did, all that time wasted on chat went out the window and I had to start with a new tech. That chat was over 2 1/2 hours, nothing resolved, still having more issues. All I want is to pay this charge OFF, cancel this horrible card and be done with them. I still have to call customer service Monday to go through this for the 10the time or so. I accidentally gave them a high rating. I HATE THIS APP!

I just want to say THANK YOU! I'm a very frugal person. I look for the lowest prices of quality things. I HATE spending a lot of money at one time. I HATE credit cards even more. With this app, I've been able to buy the things we've needed & wanted over 4 payments. I've used the 6 payment option once but I'd rather use the 4. The app itself is easy to navigate. Even when it updates, it still is easy to navigate. Thank you so much for creating this.

glitchiest, garbage system. so many bugs and errors. I've been trying to buy something for a week now. it says my card can't be processed because it's not a debit card. it's a debit card. installment payment options will disappear when I try to buy the item again, even though I had just been approved earlier to do installment payments. now I can't even choose installment options.

At first I loved this app! I had a great limit and never had any issues until recently and now i only have issues. First I had a purchase that was never processed from the retailer but my purchase went through according to Klara. I had to spend hours on the chat line and finally had to call to get the purchase canceled and get my money back. After that my purchase limit decreased by $750, which was very upsetting. Finally, the last two purchases I've tried to make haven't processed.

I was on a payment plan for a purchase, a few intros into which my credit card expired. I updated it in the klarna app, but the next month the payment still failed. I contacted customer service asking for help, and they said to update it as I had, and that the next payment should be fine. about 6 weeks later they sent me to collections. On calling them in response to this, they would do nothing. My only option was to pay the balance in full, which I did under duress. As requested, sent email.

Used to love. But haven't been able to use in months. It logged me out and won't let me log back in. It refuses to send a verification to my phone. Always says try again later. Have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried 2 different phones. Still no luck. Switching to a new pay over time app. Update: They responded very quickly to this review and I was able to log in again after all this time of not being able.

I would be careful with this app. My first purchase from a website set this up for me and allowed me to split my payments in 4. I went on the app and wanted to buy some things from Amazon. I went through the steps and finalized through the Klarna app my purchase using their one time card. Everything seemed to go through. The next day I checked my bank balance and instead of the initial payment they claimed they would collect a new full purchase amount came out of my account from Amazon.

Unable to login after being logged out for some reason. Nothing but errors every time I try to login. Customer support is awful. On top of the recent login issue, an order of mine was canceled due to Klarna and they refuse to refund me the amount I had already paid (it was paid in full). And again, their support is truly awful. I have to get my bank involved Once all my upcoming orders are done, I'm staying away from klarna.

The best split pay service available. I've used them all: QuadPay (Zip), Klarna, Sezzle, etc. And Klarna is by FAR the best. No interest on split payments every two weeks. Plenty of discounts with partner companies. They increase your available spending limit with good payment history (I'm over $2k now). And they even give you REWARDS for paying back what you owe! I've earned over $100 in Amazon gift cards just for using their service. It can't be beat. Highly recommend.

This is pretty handy I've bought things I never thought I could afford never had any need to hit up support. (Edit) they put to many restrictions on what you can buy with their service. I had a late payment and it dropped my purchase power by a lot and now when I go to check out it tells me 4 even payments but when I complete the purchase it's more like paying the majority up front then having 3 $20 payments. Very annoying and will probably just switch to sezzel.

I've had no issues with my payments or purchases. However, the app is buggy and glitches. After clicking on an item and returning back to scroll through more items, it keeps jumping back to that last item I clicked on. The app will also completely close out in the middle of my search. It's very annoying!

I have been using this app for over a year, made all my payments on time and even paid somethings off sooner. Since the new updated credit decision has come out, I can not order anything. I called customer service and chatted many times with no luck, noone could tell me anything. I don't have perfect credit but it's not bad at all. I already started using a different service that offers the same as this one does.

Horrible customer service. I had to do a return and it took them over a month to straighten it out, then when I had a problem with making a payment and needing a 3 day extension they wouldn't do it. They said it was 2 extensions had already been given. I never asked for an extension before, in fact I paid on time and more often early. Klarna decided to do the extensions while they tried to figure out what went wrong with the return. I'll make my last payment and cancel my accout.

Have been using Klarna for about 8 months and love it. I buy through this app often and even when I find an external website, I can still pay through Klarna. Being able to change personal details would be a plus. 4* is because the app crashes at times and lately doesn't let ya login. Will see if it works after updating the app. Often the stores I use fail to open but on the whole.. I will be using Klarna until they go offline.. so it'll be a Long time!! If you're unsure.. go for it, it's great!

Carefully increased my spending limit to over $1,000. but always paying on time and in most cases early. Loved the service until after my last purchase for $1088 was paid off, early of course, my spending limit was decreased to $200. where it has stayed for the last 3 weeks. Won't be using this app in the future and I'd recommend not getting your hopes to high if you see an increase in your limit as it may not last for long.

Tried to use it twice and did a bait and switch! They tell you 4 payments at a certain amount and you're like, I can afford that. Then when you accept their terms and click on continue it takes you to the next screen telling you they adjusted your plan. Now they want twice as much for the first payment and now you're like, well now I can't afford it. Don't get too excited about getting what you want you might just be disappointed like my wife and I

Great variety of all types of products and the stories behind them. As well as the 0% credit if you're sick of last years wardrobes, didn't go away but this year you are going away and you really like this years fashion but don't have the funds to buy everything, now you can with Klarna! I love it and use it whenever it's possible. You don't just have to buy clothes, I sleep on a bed which I can never have afforded to have paid for in one go, thank you Klarna!
