I love this app. I'm a real estate agent and a lot of my business comes from open houses. I like that I get verified cell phone and email using this app so I can follow up with visitors more easily using the included tools. I'm not super concerned about safety but I do like that there's different safety features built in just in case.
This is a total game changer for open houses. It made me look very slick and people were more than happy to use it and put in all their information. The follow up options are fantastic. The customer service is very responsive as well.

Great app for verifying costumer information and for following up with leads. The safety feature is an invaluable tool. I don't know of another app that offers everything in one place.
I've used Kleard on a few separate occasions. I have a folder of about 5 open house programs, and this one has definitely been the most successful for me!
I downloaded the app and created an account thinking this is a safety app, however I'm really confused on how this helps keep anyone safe? It looks like a nice clean CRM with a cool feature of being able to link open house guests to your database and follow up, but I really dont see anything that helps me address my concern of safety. Seems a little gimmicky and possibly false security. So what happens when a bad person is standing inside my open house and they provide false info? confront them?
I'm testing it out. so far the lead capture is fine but when I try the follow up feature it keeps crashing.
This app is great for open houses. I specifically like the safety aspect and that I can quickly verify buyers coming through.
I truly enjoy this app, from the safety aspect to help keep us agents in compliance with our code of ethics. However it allows us to stand above as professionals. Everyone likes technology, and accurate information. look no further and give this app a try.
Great app to capture client contact info. and gives you peace of mind that the clients coming through the door to the open house are legitimate buyers. The sinage helps ward off those with ulterior motives.
Loved this app. But it no longer works and all of my leads are gone as a result
It will not let me sign up!! It just says loading continously! Problem resolved!

Crashes repeatedly.
Had the app for a while and finally used it recently at my open house. Easy to use however it would be nice not to make every field mandatory. Most people want to either give their number or email but not both. Also, the how soon are you looking to buy automatically put 12 months for everyone. With these fixes, it would be 5 stars.
