Kleberg Bank Mobile

i liked the older version but i wish i had mobile check deposits. It would also be nice if we had the option of using the card to make a specific number of purchases to waive the monthly fee because every month my acct hits (-) dur to the monthly fee. To have the ability to see pending deposits and automatic updates to the acct. I find tht each month certain things may post to my acct and then it disappears causing me to put my acct in the (-) .

Absolutely terrible app. I literally have to re download the app to be able to login every single time. Massive problem that you would assume would be fixed quickly. No, it's been this way for two weeks now and I am not at all surprised by this app considering the people I have to deal with at my local branch... it really makes sense. Almost all of the employees just "deal" with you instead of wanting to help you in any form or fashion. Some go out of there way to NOT help you. Regularly

Extremely easy to use, app. You can view, maintain, deposit and transfer funds, with ease. Multiple layers of security options, are a big plus. Haven't had any issues in the 3 years that I've been using it.

Very easy to use and navigate around to find any thing on your account. Also great customer service every time I called nothing but help and friendly service.

The App usually never has the correct balance. The activity list is always changing. Sometimes it will have my transactions from the current day, sometimes they will disappear like i never had them.

The app really is safe and comes in handy for checking my transactions and balances. I was skeptical at first bc what if I lose my phone? But the double check procedure works. I like it.

I've had your app for 3+ years. I have had to change my password about 6 times. Seems to be every 6 months we go through an automatic password change. I have never had fraud with Kleberg Bank. I'm tired of changing my password.

I am very satisfied that i can go on my phone to see my balance and what is being paid. I use to be able to look up certain withdrawals but i not able to it would give me a total of how much it withdrew and how many times.

Gotta say I been with Kleberg over 10-15 years now and I don't know it seems that RBFCU has done something for my Credit Building that I would love to see Kleberg do. The service is called the credit building loan. Simply what he does is help you build credit. For example I asked for $1,500 I did to pay $89.92 for the next 18 months. However I won't get to $1,500 until the loan is paid off. What that goes is help me build my credit. Does Kleberg have such a loan program?

I just read the other reviews and thought it was just me! It used to work but now its awful, never wants to load and I too have to uninstall it then re install just to get in!

This app hardly ever works. Every time I try to log in it just loads and loads but never logs in. Don't waste your time, just go to the website to log in.

mobile deposit dont work. app crashes frequently. sometimes the info on the app is on a delay...not accurate...maybe I just need more money lol

I've never had more problems with any app as much as this one

mobile app feature does not work! have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work for about 1 min...please fix!

It is awesome. You get your info and all you need having to do with banking so easy . I love this app .

This bank is awesome and I really appreciate the business. All the young ladies I speak with are so polite and professional.

App was working great, then all the sudden, it won't load and info.

Easy to navigate. Has everthing needed. 1 thing i caint find. Alerts settings.

No-frills, easy way to handle basic banking. I have no complaints about this app.
