Klever is fun & bidding is fast & free. I got 8 items & they're always delivered earlier than expected. I got 3 pieces of quality jewelry for a fraction of the cost even 1 of those items would be in a store. I only had a problem with 1 item, a plastic kitchen cleaning brush. It was hard plastic & sent in a plastic bag so the top was broken & unusable. I emailed Customer Svc & got an immediate response. They were very helpful & understanding. I got a full refund & didn't have to return the item!

I love this application. It is live auction and bidding is easy, if/when you win they do give u some time to pay, in case you're like myself and have to hussle daily to get your shine on. This app has pretty much everything you can think of at low cost, every bid starts at $1. Easy to use, addicting, and fun.

Awesome App! Get neat stuff for a fair price and the customer service is absolutely one of a kind. Always willing to help regardless of the situation. You can bid on stuff in the auction or try your luck on the spin. It's really a neat app. I love it and its 5 🌟 stars for me. I have not had very many issues with my orders but when I do the customer service always helps me out within a very short period of time. They do whatever they can to make sure the customer stays happy. 😀

Good app. Has good stuff but definitely has alot of bot activity. No way THAT many people are stupid enough to bid some of the prices these items are going up to. At least when I do snag a good deal on something I actually get it. Used tophatter for a long time and then suddenly everything I won would be refunded and cancelled. So I stopped using tophatter and switched to klever. Again, good except all the bots.

I won an item back in february and i paid and it is May 4th and i have not received my item. I tried to dispute it but the app always says they are having technical issues try back later. I can't even start a chat. It says one of the 3 people will get back to you in a day or two. However, it never loads for me to start a chat. I don't know if i am the only person this is happening to but i'm not to happy. I figured this was the only thing left for me to try. Maybe i will get a response this way.

Absolute junk. I bought three items through the app to fulfill an offer on Swagbucks. Otherwise, I never would have purchased from this company. It was clear to me before even purchasing that all of the items are cheaply made items from overseas, and I was flabbergasted at the prices that these items were being bidded up to. (Probably bots.) Well, the three earrings I purchased arrived today and not only are they very cheap and poor quality, all of them were broken. XD

I bought a dress and it was horribly made there is no way I can find to get a refund or return the item no one helps you! When you go to the return section it says it s having tech difficulties!? But it never gets better. That is a serious flaw in this platforms app not good!

Would have given 0 stars. Did not receive something I paid for. They kept putting off delivery date because of covid, then told me that they didn't have to return my money or make sure I received my merchandise because 90days had passed. After being a good customer it was like...not only don't you get what you paid for, but we're gonna keep your money also. Bad business. No customer service at all.

Lol seriously? These are cheap items you can get on Wish or eBay for a dollar or less. Even the items that are worth more are being bid up to outrageous prices. I saw a Funko pop going for $40! Just go to Gamestop they're like $10! I'm only buying anything to get points on an offer website then uninstalling immediatly. I'll be shocked if my cheap items ever actually arrive.

I absolutely recommend this app. So far I have ordered over a dozen times through the auctions or just the browse function. I prefer to browse- I win every time! 😍 As someone who doesn't see the point in playing games that net you nothing but used up time - this is kind of like a game but like I said you win, every time.

Very dissatisfied, i over 150$ they "rewarded" for that and daily bonuses but undoubtedly sent it with stipulations of losing it if you didn't buy more items from them in a few hours , needless to say I had maxed out my lil bit Id saved on my card so I didn't get any reward period and I cancelled all my confirmed orders since they would give me a time limit I felt it only right I cancel my money from going in with them , not to mention they had no problem stopping and accidental cancelation so..

Klever is a fun auction site I enjoy it. The items are very nice to, they are as described most of them anyway. If you have problems with an item like shipping, like you don't receive it or it's taking to long and they check in to it immediately and then take care of it in the right way. I have nothing but good to say about Klever...

There is no "game to play" it's just a bidding site that's it. It's "game" is spin the wheel and see if it lands on a price...thing about it is that its usually more expensive on the game than just bidding and on the wheel there are not different amounts just 1 amount on 3 spaces of the wheel. Not even close to what they advertised...

This app has been awful! It said my package would be in a month ago and it still hasn't come in! They are now saying it was delivered and it wasn't. Every time I try and message them the app says there is a technical error. It's a rip off and I would not recommend to anyone

I had originally given this app a 5 star. I would give it no stars now. My back up camera arrived in a smashed box and the glass was scratched. The items advertised sterling silver is just an overlay...and they haven't sent me a shipping label to send it back. 30 day money back satisfaction gaurantee no questions they advertise in the app is so far a 💯 percent lie. If they resolve this I will let you know and change my rating.

I made my first bid and I won it, until I was looking through the other things and all of a sudden it pops up that I wanted to buy this light of some kind and I know more even looked at it and more much less bid on it, now the app won't let me do anything it's stuck on wanted me to pay for this light of some kind and I cannot get it off I would call that a problem.

I was liking it until I started seeing extra charges coming out of my bank account for international shipping charges only to be charged again for extra postage due when item was delivered. NOT HAPPY!!!! I called for an explaination only to get the mailbox is full message. I live in Florida. Package came from New Jersey. Seriously this is such a rip off.

Just want to leave a note saying how great their support team are. They had a problem with an item I ordered but could no longer supply. They were honest about it and very promptly let me know about it and made repreation to me. Kudos to them. I shop with all the time!

Don't have anything bad to say. It doesn't have items like tophatter but is a lot like it. If you like to bid and wait about a month for your item to ship from another country this is a good app.

pretty awful. difficult to read (poor choices of typography, color, usage of white space between blocks of info). confusing to use. didn't like it.

Klever is one of those sites that are a lot of fun you can buy or go to an auction and get items that are a little cheaper than on the other sites should you ever have a problem they will work with you to the best of their ability and stand behind their customers so if you want to pass time or just have a little fun try Klever it's not a rip off site I've been with them for a while now and I still enjoy it

My experince with klever was that there is always someone their to help and stay on top of it, until there was a solution. So overall wud recommend to family and friends. U Guys rock . i wud recommend them to anyone that thinks customer service is number one. Not everyone has what it takes to deal with some peoplem they do it and the staff is trained to get on top of any problem that may arise and fo it prompt smsnd fast putting i at ease. I won my share of auctions and was really impressed with the value and quality of each product. I haven't had to pay for any shipping which is a plus and it doesn't take a year to get it delivered. I strongly encourage anyone to check out this app and give it a shot. What have you got to lose??

I WAS HAPPY TO FINALLY FIND THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR! I WAS SO EXCITED! SHIPPING IS FREE (I Believe on all Purchases) PAYMENT IS FAST, FREE AND A BREEZE TO CHECKOUT. Even though I spent 45min on this auction. I found out there is a page where you can buy that item!

I tried to use 10 of my klever cash dollars but they didn't let me use all 10. It doesn't say there's anywhere on their site that I can see. A purchase I got which was a ring was advertised as Sterling and it was in fact nickel and gave me a rest of my finger and when I contacted customer service they gave me a problem.
