Effective 1/9/2020, have to buy thru the app or website to get 10% discount. So i downloaded the app for convenience. Guess what? No transit stations except KLIA, klia2 and KL Sentral. I'm speechless 🤦
Cannot book klia transit tickets though this ticket type already based on qr code to pass through gates timetable of transit only shows start time, not show arrival time. The price table of transit so small and blurry image. Is this how klia transit catching up with the technology front end ? it's cost is also on the high side considering it's a highly promoted public transport from a national government role model perspective.
No ticket was issued upon purchase, and all I had was the iPay88 email notification of a successful payment. Upon speaking to your staff at the counter, she assisted me with checks on her platform, followed by a discussion with her manager. My ticket was still nowhere to be found. She, then, suggested that I purchase a new ticket and request for a refund, with feedback through your social media page. Your staff informs me of the reasons below: 1. KLIA Ekspres via iPAY88 is a 3rd party app. 2. Company’s policy to NOT provide me a new ticket despite having proof of purchase. 3. Your organisation is afraid that the ticket I have purchased will be sent to my account later. (And I did, after 20 minutes++ of customer service, my new ticket purchase, and me arriving at KL Sentral). I would have expected this from KTMB, but not a YTL Group train System.
I believe there is a faulty within the KL Express app as I specifically set the departure as KL Sentral and destination as KLIA2, yet the order receipt shows the default as KLIA to KL Sentral. Let's hope KL express has enough integrity to refund my purchased order.
Cannot buy ticket to/from other stations except for KL sentral/klia/klia2. Need to improve the apps for convenience. Thank you
Pathetic app..dont waste ur time downloading this app if u intent to use it to purchase transit ticket..better download T&Go app n use the card for that purpose.. This app was Created on 2013!!!! It is still hv alot to improve with its content..what a shame.
If you wanna buy KLIA transit ticket. No use to download this. except you want to check out the schedule only.
Rubbish. Only useable for someone travelling between kl sentral to klia/klia2. Other station not applicable.
Everything is OK except that when i opted for ewallet payment i had to log in to ewallet app again before payment

Waste time and energy. Can't even buy the ticket. It says IP address is rejected upon payment.
Please remove from play store if no improvement. Cant install at all when needed

Rubbish app. Only includes KL SENTRAL, KLIA, KLIA2 . None of the station in between (transit) are available. Worst application conception...

Only between KL Sentral - KLIA/KLIA2. No transit. Such a waste app
Prompt payment processing, but the QR codes are often missing, requiring a trip to the counter. The follow-up email arrives several hours later, after the trip is over. But overall, useful.
