Does not work! Downloaded newspapers disappeared. Reinstalled the app and now all download buttons are grey but I'm flying today and I'm logged in.

App doesn't work. Bookings are not recognized.
This app is terrible. It keeps having the downloaded content disappear if you leave the app for whatever reason, then you have to restart the app (like, completely remove it from running processes) and look at the KLM logo for a minute before you can continue reading.
It constantly crushes
The app used to work very smoothly also reading has improved. But now it is ringing a bell during downloading. This is very annoying and should be stopped.
Doesn't work, does not recognize either my booking reference or flying blue login details
Does not recognize my booking. Does not allow download. How is this useful on a plane? Do not lie and say you are being earth friendly by saving paper. You are saving money by flying with less weight.
Basically just a digital scan off an analogue newspaper. Awful for reading as you have to continually zoom and scroll
Everything was ok till I downloaded the first newspaper. I tried to open it and the application crashed. I have tried several times with the same outcome.
Good intentions, but a read formatted for paper is nearly always a disaster in the digital world and so is this, although I have nearly 6" screen.
Would not let me login using Flying blue account or booking reference.
App itself works well, although showing and hiding the navigation bar is at least not intuitive. Recommendations: 1. Enable download of content in planes with WiFi without the need to buy a WiFi voucher 2. Manage expectations: the content offering is not more than what it used to be on paper. For example NRC Handelsblad, an important Dutch newspaper is not available.
It used to work somewhat. Zooming is very quirky. But now I cannot download any newspapers. Reinstalled but it doesn't offer any newspapers any more.
Successfully logged in, 4 credits in total, downloads always fail without any error warning. Useless.
While I can understand the cost cutting approach, it's very difficult to read the Magazines on a phone. A tablet is much better but it's heavy. Plus, it's tiring to read on a screen, after a day at work on a screen, I don't want to spend another hour wearing my eyes and my neck on this. Lastly, I like to share my paper magazines with my wife.
Fairly limited choice but shows promise.
After downloading newspaper, the app stopped working and closed when I tried to open the newspaper. Tried it three times.... deleted app right away.
Well working very practical for reading "on the go". Looking forward to a wider choice of newspapers and magazines.
Not able to read anything!
Maybe ok on a tablet, but on a phone not usablr. To read the letters you need to magnify. Then you can only see part of a sentence. Result is inconvenient moving around on the picture of the newspaper page. I do not enjoy reading like this. It would be better if the articles are just text made for the screensize.
Continuous crashes... And then your downloads disappear. Amateur time.
