Wow! This was a great travel application. I have known this application because of some YouTuber who endorses it and they never failed me with the expectations I have with this application. It is a total game-changer to the travels. You will also gain credit points once you've successful book from them, discounts are great also. It has all the things you maybe looking for and the choices might not be extensive but it was great overall. For recommendation, focus on updating the choices of package

This app really doesnt want you to use promo codes for discount. I tried using a promo code and it kept showing me a screen to send a verification code to my number but no code was sent to me at all. Tried to do the next day, but still no code came in. When I deselect the option for promo codes, I could then pay for the activity. What a scam.

If I could rate 0 I definitely will. I have booked a Staycation package with klook. However I have met with unforseen circumstances where I have to push back twice and Klook was not able assist with either rebooking or refund. I would say book at your own risk and pray that unforeseen situation doesn't happen because you will not get anything back or enjoy what you have paid for! I have also contacted them via ig. However no response at all. Bad CS

Klook is the most unprofessional. They will cancel your booking on the very last minute. It happened to me a few times. The price and availability of the bookings on line is not updated so when you book they will usually cancel it even if it's last minute especially if the mechant's price had gone up even the slightest price change will still be cancelled. Please be aware of this. I really had a few bad experience with Klook and won't book again. 50% of my bookings were cancelled by Klook.

The worst hotel experience ever!!! Asking me to cancel the order 3 days after the hotel confirmation received. WHY SHOULD I BOOK?? Customer service all like non-sense robot, keep BSing instead of trouble shooting. (p.s. I have stayed more than 300 hotels in over 50 countries, KLOOK must be the worst travel agent in my life!!!!)

This app has def spiraled downhill. The app's system is old and is lacking as compared to other booking apps. The customer service also lacks as compared to other booking apps where issues are fixed almost immediately, however klook CS will only reply "ok" and "yes" but no issues are solved and this just repeats. You can see for yourself this app has 2stars review rating as compared to the other booking apps with a 4star rating.

Despite turning off all notifications in the app settings, I'm still getting spam notifications for promotions. I had to turn notifications off from the android settings. The developers clearly do not respect users' wishes.

The worst customer service ever I have encountered. Booked a helicop tour in Dubai but the service provider neglected safety measurement issue and didn't fullfiled the package as I paid for. Customer service totally doesn't care and no follow up. Left myself alone deal with dubai side. I requested klook team to follow up and have been waited for 10 days+ 8 days (the day I booked and attended for the tour)and no follow up. Not recommended them surely. When things happened, no one gonna help you.

You better go for pick picketing! Due to application! issue my booking shown incorrect date, when I reported to klook they refused to refund the money. Guys please don't use this app for any bookings, better go directly with the booking platform so at least they own the responsibility and do something favourable for you. If you go with Klook, both parties will not take the accountability and you will end up loosing your money. I know you will reply i have provided inaccurate date :), fraud app!

Terrible experience with Klook. Booked a cruise trip in Dec 2021, and was advertised that Pre-cruise Gratuities ($315) was included. Yet, 2 days before the trip, Klook sent an email that due to "technical issues" the Gratuities ($315) was not paid and will have to paid before boarding. Updates: Klook has refunded the gratuities in Klook credits. Not the ideal solution, but at least a reasonable solution.

Worse experience in booking ever on earth. Cannot even get a single confirmation, and keep on having to follow up despite having paid. Very bad service and experience.

They took my money and promise me booking within 24 hrs and no results, Now they again promise for more 24 hours but no results after 48 hoursand still they said they will book. I ask them to cancel my booking and give refund and compensation on immediate bases they took hours to process and now they are saying money stuck at bank processing please followup with your bank now. They are rudely closing the chat without listening to your problem and responding and chat app worst works.

You cannot click on certain hotels to make a booking. It just goes back to the front page. Tried so many times and no changes. waste of time. Please don't ask for references as you should be able to check on the app from you end. Try clicking on Carlton Hotel and you just go back to the main page again.

As I've noticed, many of the complaints are about refund while on my case, I am just asking for a reschedule on my booking but it takes forever. Though this app is really useful when you want to book your destination in advanced but on the negative side, their service is really bad when it comes to refund and amendment of booking. Hope you could improve your customer service to prevent more people being dissatisfied with your application. Update: Now, they are not responding to my email.

Avoid like the plague. Booking doesn't show up. No option to cancel bookings, etc. Worst travel app I've used.

Be very careful! Ridiculously strict no cancellation or exchange policy! We lost 200 euros for a simple typing error and being this is April 2022 we will not make it to a Sunset Cruise in September 2022!! Sincerely disappointed as we are avid travellers and saw more than a few interesting activities! But the customer care policy needs a serious overhaul!!!

I used to not like traveling, but thanks to Klook, I now officially hate it. They won't refund us the money when it's clearly their fault we weren't able to travel to Boracay. They just want to give us Klook credits so we can waste another 13,000 to 15,000PHP for airfare and transfers then, they will probably tell us again that there are no more rooms on the date we chose (months ago), last minute. If you want headache with your travel choose Klook.

Would not recommend booking through this app. Might as well book directly from the respective tour agency. Booked a southern island tour through klook only to find ourselves stranded at the pier because our names were not registered with the tour agency. Klook's help line failed us, there isn't any number to call. The agent in the chat repeatedly asking what happened in their customer service chat. Shows a lot about their standard of customer service. Difficult to get anything resolved.

Had made a booking for a specific date on klook for night safari however was given an open ticket instead and when I tried to make the booking with mandai immediately with klook booking code, was informed that date was not available at all. Why show that date as available when it is already booked out. Now I am stuck with tickets that I am unable to use and they refuse to refund. Better off booking directly with mandai itself. Very poor experience.

Been using this app for my monthly staycation, seems that it just got worse. Booked a hotel for 11/01 since 30/12/2021, payment have been collected by booking still shows processing, called hotel and no booking made by klook, multiple email just to no response! Totally disappointed!

Klook are cheaters. They dont do bookings on time and dont refund the money as well. My case is open for more than a month now. My sincere advise dont book from Klook. They dont stand on the offer they give on their website and evrytime new person gives u new commitments and like this way it will go on and on and your money is gone at the end.

I'm a android user and I love this app because I can find all sorts of places and hotels . The app have glitches sometimes but overall is ok .

I try at the first time.. and I got impressed.. no additional charge.. excellent service.. very good

Edit: klook make the effort to contact me via email and offer compensation to me. They willing to do after sales service which increase my confidence level in using Klook to book my next trip again. Thank you klook for that.

Booked staycaytion and was informed that the booking was canceled only A DAY before my stay. I didnt check my email the day before so my family and I went down to the hotel only to be disappointed. Even on Klook app it still says that my booking is confirmed. Why allow us to book for activities that are out of slots and only inform us of cancellation so last minute? Queued for live chat but when it was finally my turn, the operator told me that they are too busy now and just left the chat.

Finally the cancellation had been processed and refund had been credited to my account. Reminder to everyone out there, pls keep/screenshot every transaction/deal/promise evidence so that it will be easy to take further action should some party refuse to co-operate or ignore your request for assistance. Be aware of every policy stated and always-always go for deals with cancellation policy. screenshot everything for backup purposes.
