Advertisement auto pop up. So bad Unstable. Unable 100% sync. Some of the stock unable add in the watch list. All data not latest status delay. Graph not up to daye for bonus issue &....
It keeps on showing the message "connection time out" and it won't refresh. I have tried switching from WiFi connection to mobile data connection but the problem still exist so I'm pretty sure connection is not the problem. I have also tried reboot my device but it is still the same. Please solve this problem asap. It's really irritating and inconvenient for the users. Thank you.
Request for add/upgrade screener with can run replay to previous date, so that we can retest our Indicator.
Was once a great application. The problem returned, the ads in the apps started to pop up itself whenever I was trying to surf the app. It is irritating to find the ads kept opening by itself. Please solve the problem and I shall rate it back 5 stars. Update (July 27, 2020) The problem is NOT solved. Update (Jun 2, 2021) Video ads running in background even when I'm not in the app.
8/11/2021 After upgrade with the livestream and extra market dept view almost perfect. If can add on trade detail function then perfectly nice. 12/2/2022 Good to c upgraded on overview function with the history chart. On trade detail should show trade r deal from buyer side or seller side. Because the same stock price can be change from sale q to buy q.
Very friendly use..new interface and arrangement, very like it..just comment on trade detail history..if possible to maintain one day record would be fantastic..overall very satisfied..(note - yearly subscriber user)

Used to work well in the past but since the update last week, the app keeps crashing. Now it is no longer usable.
The ads is overwhelming now. It auto pop the ads without I press the ads. I think this is violation of ads system. I will find a way to report
overall ok. but the lockscreen screen orientation feature is not there anymore. would really appreciate it if you could reintroduced it back again as my phone are hyper sensitive to any kind of movement. also, please introduce live widget for phone. its the best one you could add at this point
Alert notifications are very delayed and not useful and this happens whole year round. After the alerts, the alert bell symbols are displayed besides the stock in Watchlists and they need to be removed from history one by one. It would be better if there is a "select all" for deleting the alerts, or auto removed after, say, 10 days.
Unable to add stocks into watchlist anymore
Is getting terrible. Too much ads and no longer be able to watch live. 15mins delay, btr i direct watch from stock exchange app.
Found a BIG BUG! All my recorded transactions were duplicated. Had to delete one by one the duplicated entries. When I clicked on the refresh button, everything was DELETED. Now have the tedious task to start all over again. Got to look for another reliable app to keep my records!
What happened? Today I suddenly can't search for any counters. Loading charts is also very slow, frequently have error and can't load. If I cn search fr counters and loading is improved, I'll install it again. Uninstalling for now. Still, its a great app - was. Hope it can be so again.
Good app but Widget is not updating few days ago
KLSE Screener have improved so much since I first installed it back in 2015. There are lots of great features if you care to explore, but how do I make use of it. Is there any manual on how to use the feature like long position, projection etc on the interactive chart?
Very good. After update, it gives new way of charting the chart an switchable. Only if saved in new version, we cannot load it to see it in older version. Good service if having prob, the admin quickly rectify. Superb!
some stocks did not have updated price when displayed in a watchlist. only display correct price when we click the into the stock individual page. plus the chart do not automatically display adjusted chart after bonus issue/split etc. thus can see gap in chart after bonus/split which will tamper with the indicators.
Used to be the best, but is not working recently, not able to search, fail to refresh, etc. Error when searching, connection error when refresh, it become a junk app since few weeks ago. Will change my star if problem fixed. Problem solved after reinstall. Thanks klse team. I give you one star again. How i am going to rate an app if it keep response error? And trouble appear from time to time, please dont advise me to check my internet, we know how to use wifi.
This apps was great but unfortunately now users are forced to watch the advertisements with sound on, this is embarrassing when you use the app in library, classroom or office. I understand that you need ads as this app is free but if the play back of the advertisements is a must for users then please at least set the advertisement muted by default, then you get 5 stars from me.
There are some errors happens to the widget indicating warrants. For example, the widget is indicating the price of BARVEST-WA but when I click on it, it enters to SAPNRG-WA. Please look into this error. Thank you.
The notification or alert functions are always not working...... I did enable notification and whitelist from battery saving mode all the time, but I must say that the notification most of the time works, only sometimes not.
Apps turns slow after the update. i been searching for few counter but showing no result, the chart, news, announcement and comment took longer time to load. the new interactive chart is not user friendly as previous version.
I would hope to have a 'target price' in the P&L, since currently there's only 3 attributes, Avg, Hold, and Value. So that we can set and match the target price we wanted. (Replyting to the comment: yes, set by myself, since there is an extra space, convenient to know)
I am facing the problems when using MY PORTFOLIO, many times when the selling key in to the app, the system often does not capture what we have already deducted and the QTY is not updated when we have key in sell. This is very annoying and many times system qty is not Tele with our trading app. Please fix this.
The apps is nice! Just only the market depth is show limited transaction, should show from morning until market closed, it easy for us to check back the whole day market trend.
