I really liked this app when I was using the prepaid plan. After switching to postpaid I realised some issues that were demanding more time for simple app interactions like payment. To the Android team of this app: 1. Please make sure postpaid users can pay invoices in the app - by taking them to BLIK, credit card, PayPal and other options. Automated process where amount is pre-set and you have to click Pay button. I now have to use my laptop to pay for invoices, enter your bank account, enter invoice number and find it inconvenient with all website logins for bank accounts. Mobile payments are much faster, please make it happen. 2. Even if I want to pay on mobile I can't because I can't download the invoice to copy the invoice number. Copying just account number (like you have it now) is not a great user experience. That's why it's probably best to do it like mentioned above. Error when downloading invoice: Cannot generate invoice. I hope someone replies here and this gets fixed soon. I'll review my rating for sure!
Some functions don't work unless I restart the app (e.g. buying an internet packet twice in a row). It also doesn't update mobile data usage when the app gains focus. And sometimes it has infinite loading.
Generally application is quite okay. It would be great to have some offline mode for the case when you don't have an internet connection but want to buy megabytes.
App works well, no problems. I'd like to see some new usability improvements. E.g I always buy the same packages for my kids - I wish I could buy them with less clicks.
I'm trying to renew the service of my sim card. The app says I have activated service but it does not work. I have not been able to contact anyone for help to get my service to work. Definitely seems like a scam!
terrible app. will give you the option to change your subscription, but you can't change it and they charge you from your balance so really don't like it
App itself if quite ok. Main problem is that it doesn't work when your internet is finished so you can't top up. In my opinion it should work no matter what so one cane top up and upgrade packages
Better payment confirmation would be great. If I mistakenly press the buy button twice I ordering the same service two times. Rest is ok.

Sometimes this app works. Sometimes it doesnt. Also this app doesnt seem to display uptodate deals and promotions.
The back button shouldn't exit the app if we are in side options panel, but go back to the main window first.
Clear, nice, if creators will ever read it, simple dark theme would be perfection, cheers
Garbage: - cannot buy additional internet packages - cannot follow history of calls - it is impossible to receive MMS - can't see my calls Improve it!
The app could have a feature to make online payments, it's annoying to have to log in to the site to make payment, why have the app???
It's slow. And user experience is not convenient.

Why would any retailer restrict a client who wishes to spend money with them?!! Internet at 1zł per gb after your perliminary plan purchase runs out (30gb max), most of the world offering unlimited.. 10 min wait once you've paid for said extra before you are able to buy the next gb. If you do run dry, good luck establishing a connection to purchase again - almost impossible! You'll need to find a WiFi connection. Ask your friends on Play for a good example. Terribly poor and confusing..
