Kmart - Download & Shop Now!

The app is Super slow and Always crashing. If the K-Mart stores, where I live, hadn't closed down I would have no need for the app. This app is Very annoying, as no one seems to want to fix these glitches. K-Mart has now lost my business, because when I try to use the website, it's worse than the app & after giving both the app & the website a generous 2 years to fix the issues, they Still have not been fixed, & has made it Impossible to order what I need, so I am done.

Created a account, but can't log in. Everytime I try to log in, I keep getting an error, telling me to contact customer support. This is ridiculous!! I'm uninstalling the app. Kmart needs to open back up their stores and leave the internet alone!

Newest update came out & still can't log in. I enter my email address just for the loading screen to pop up with the never ending loading circle. I never even have a chance to enter my password. I've uninstalled & reinstalled both apps, I've not only restarted my phone but also got it replaced for unrelated issues, yet both Kmart & Sears apps have done the same thing. Not sure what's been updated, but I say the important stuff needs to be fixed, but I'm also not Eddie Lampert so what do I know?

I added a 15 things to my cart, the app froze, & everything was lost. More than that, actually using the app is frustrating & not user friendly. If you add something to your cart, you have to press back so many times, to get back. And sometimes it will bring you to the spot where you left off & sometimes it won't, so you have to scroll & find where you left off before. But scrolling isn't super easy either... Every 10 or so items, you have to click to view more. Pretty frustrating.

App was easy to use. However, was very disappointed when 4 of the items I had in my cart trippled in price! Since I already had them in my cart and was still shopping, I feel the price should not have increased without some sort of alert. I would have purchased those items immediately if I had known, and went back to shopping later. After the price increase, I moved the items to "save for later". Until I decide what to do do.

Terrible! There are a small amount of items on a page. It is really slow at times like it can't catch up.. Looking in catagories, every 6th page the app freezes, then closes. Every time you look at an item and go back, it takes you back to the 1st page! I don't understand the concept of having to load coupons. The should be on the checkout page and then just check off the ones you want to use. Have it then alert you that the best coupon/s available was applied!

Constantly Freezing Up!! Every single time I've used this app, it freezes up, then I get the message saying, the Kmart app is not responding. So then I have to start whatever I was doing or looking for all over again, which is really annoying, especially when it happens 2-3 times. Sometimes I just look elsewhere (Wal-Mart) because of it constantly freezing up.

It doesn't matter if you use the app or website directly, it is slow and tedious. Website has always been the worse to use. Navigation is slow and continuously brings you back to the home page instead of where you were browsing. I have to constantly enter the filter info and start all over again. Unfortunately, using the app isn't much better. I don't think it's a flaw in the app but the entire web design.

I took the time to browse, put items on the "list" feature, then went & moved everything over to my cart, trusting that it was happening, as every item said, "moved to cart", then went to my cart & surprise! Empty! Why would I want to waste any more time with this store? That was so frustrating, I just had to write this review or throw something out a window! lol

Generally Positive. Two issues bug me: 1. Some pictures are too small to see well with no increasing it. 2. It's pretty Slow to view 1 item at a time w/o a way to see more that could quickly show what I'm interested in & eliminate the rest - that is too Time Consuming. Also, I've ordered a bunch of matching dresses for little girls for a Family Cruise Vacation, and I LOVE them; but 2 orders came in wrong and the last one not at all! The first mistake was handled Fantastic! NOW: TODAY to Finish!

Services in store don't work when you try to bring up the coupons to use them they won't open so you have to take a photograph or copy them before you come into the store in order to get the discounts! It's an inconvenience to do that if you're not able to use the app in the store and open to retrieve the coupons and discounts at your liking while you're there shopping. Deals there is no deals, when I open to view the deals it takes you to another screen of other items on sale! ;(

It was difficult to set up and log in - about a dozen captchas to get thru. It tells me l have until the 15th to place an order and receive it before Christmas. When l try to order it tells me I'll receive my order on December 26th. The notification was deceptive. What it should have said was that it was possible to receive my order before Christmas if l paid for expedited shipping. I had to pay for my "free" shipping. The app is difficult to use. It displays a lot of out of stock items. You don't know the item you want is out of stock until you put it in your cart and try to check out. I wasted hours putting together an order of out of stock items! Kmart has some great deals so I'll be using their crappy app anyway. Edit: l never received my $5 off coupon for downloading the app.

Terrible app! It seems every time you place an order it adds your address. I moved and went to update and I had 48 repeat addresses! Tried to clean everything thing up by deleting, but when I went to order again nothing changed!! It has my mailing address from 20 years ago and will not let me change. Extremely slow and the sort/refine option is terrible. Even the search does not work! Good luck trying to find what you want.

I really like Sears/Kmart recent efforts to get customers back. The remaining stores are well stocked "fairly" well organized, and clean. The rewards program is getting to be top notch. The Free Cash rewards in particular are great. I just bought Craftsman tools, which are still better than the competition, even if they are foreign made. Got a GREAT deal, spent 100 got 50 in rewards. Can't beat that!!

This app closes or freezes too frequently and the way it loads items for sale is way too slow and doesn't load enough items at one time. It should show you many more items on the same page and you shouldn't have to wait whole it onlyb loads another 6 items. I do not like this app at all, it just isn't functional for the savvy, frequent asdhopper!

When adding phone number When joining, telling me my phone number is not valid. Sorry APP, just as their department store.

Good app, easy to search for items. Only negative is some of the sorting functionality seems off. Will mix in items of different departments rather than sort. Example: will search for a bottle sterilizer...will have a few at the top of the page, then mix in other sterilizing products before going back to bottle sterilizers.

It's crazy that you can save sooooo much money here but it still not be worth it because your website/app is sooooo slow and can't process anything. It's unresponsive and when it does actually decide to respond it provides search results you filtered out, so it wastes so much of your time. Frustrating is an understatement. Took 3 days to finish a transaction & I will NEVER do it again.

Its slow.. If you scroll threw products and look at one, then you have to start over at the beginning again... it's very frustrating the way this app has been set up.. I have ordered products and then it told me I haven't placed any orders in the last 2 months.. The products were paid for but never delivered.

This app is Very VERY slow... we are talking Dial-up internet slow. It takes forever for the pages and Cart to load and that is if you can get them to load. I like the idea of having the convinience to open the app, however dread and cringe when I think about having to use it. Also... I'll click on Items it reccomends and those Items will be sold out at every store or not available for shipping nor pick up at store. Sorry but, unless things change this is how I feel.

Not bad. The sort feature doesn't work quite right. It doesn't default to the free shipping option, so don't check out in a hurry. I would like to have a forward button so I could move forward and backward throughout the searches. It works for what it's for, but it has a ways to go before it's up to par with other store apps.

There are always issues with my orders and the app is ridiculous slow right now. Taking me 5 minutes per item I'm ordering. Been on it for an hour now just trying to place my order. :/ The reward are great they just need improvements especially canceling items without notifications of what you want to do with the item missing. Sometimes I just want to simply exchange and then it causes me to loose rewards. Needs extensive improvements.

SLOW. And everytime you go to check out you have to go to each item, one by one, to select free shipping. Forgot something? Add it and redo the shipping. And speaking of shipping, if the item doesn't day "Free Shipping" it says "See shipping details in cart." Then they charge anywhere from $.49 to $5.83. For the cheapest option. PER ITEM.

The hardest app to get through that I've ever used!!! Always had to start from scratch and the saved items would allow you to see them for like a millasec and then gone again! Extremely frustrating 😡 Too bad,, excellent prices but coupled with madness. My Daughter has grown out of 14/16 now and I'm not sure what size up she would be in Juniors/Woman's. And let's not get me into returns, I was being asked to pay more to return 1 or 2 items, than I payed for the whole order.

It keeps crashing, kicking you ot off departments while shopping, not updating your cart properly and the back button function is nearly useless. Took me forever just to place an order. Also redeeming freecash points are SO FRUSTRATING!!! Tried using a $3 freecash if spending a total of $5 and apparently i have to spend $15 in order for it to work. SO CONFUSED!!!
