Would pick no stars if allowed. App is a mess. Activated meds I no longer take or took once with no refills and no way to delete or inactivate them again. Not in order. Now payment page but if you choose pay in store says error and you can't do that 😡😡 Not happy! Ended up calling my refills in.

App doesn't work. My prescriptions were in the system at least twice and now nothing. I can't even put them in as there's no order history. Tried to close the app and even uninstalled it and reinstall still nothing. Tried to go through the K-Mart app and still the same. Wasn't getting the text messages and told the pharmacist so she put my phone number in and I get them now. Told her and showed her that I don't have the rx on the app. She said that no one else has this. Very frustrating.😠

This app freezes in me all of the time and gives me error messages that say it can't connect. It's extremely frustrating.

Horrible can't find anyway to change my preferences! Should be something very simple, but I have tried for 5 minutes and am now giving up out of frustration! Ridiculous!

Can't successfully load data to this app. Some mandatory fields are N/A but can't leave them blank. Terrible app!

I didn't think this app could possibly get any worse, but with each update, they keep managing to find a way to screw it up more and more 😑

Pharmacist is the nicest person ever, prescription always ready on time, highly recommend

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS APP..... HORRIBLE..NOW I HVE TO KEEP CALLING THE BUSY PHARMACIST TO SEE IF I NEED SCRIPTS REFILLED OR ARE THEY READY ...RIDICULOUS !!!!

Best App and easy to use

Lost another star. Still broken. Can't find any Rx for me. Still resets several times per session. After adding an Rx to the cart you can't see what is actually in the cart even after ordering. Please fix?

The App will not work for me wont even accept my cell # for texting, so it's useless to me 😤

I wanted to try this app to manage my parents' prescriptions, but i must first confirm my identity. That requires entering an Rx number and date of birth. I assume that means one of my parents' prescriptions. (I have never filled one for myself there) As i begin to fill that information in I stop, as MY email , name and phone number are the "identity" i am signed in with. I leave the fields blank and check the agreement box, and click the "continue" button , but i demands an Rx number. So, whose identity is it confirming, and WHO will be managing the prescriptions? I see the invitation to manage prescriptions as a ,main caregiver, but there is no way to see how to do this without first possibly screwing up accounts. Brilliant work.

Rather than being the useful app it should be, it is a clunky non-intuitive was of time. Kmart seems to want to discourage app use givin how poorly this was made. For a "corporate app", it's trash.

It won't let you sign in, won't let you change your password. The link for password reset takes you someplace else. This app needs a lot of work.

It's much more difficult now. You can no longer refill your prescription from the main menu. The lists are no longer up to date

I love it I'm able to manage mine and my family's prescriptions works out great for us

It won't allow me to enter my prescriptions which is so frustrating since I thought that was the main purpose of this app :(. Please fix!

Can't even log in says error or wrong email/password. Now I remember why I stopped using it the first time. Needs some updates.

Would be a zero but can't give it that I try to find a store and it says that the app is not responding
