Useless. I'm not sure what you've done to the app but for about the last 3 months it has been incredibly slow. It takes several minutes per loading screen. Before that it used to load fairly quickly and work well. I have tried clearing data/cache to no improvement. I have then uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even login as it says "mobile network unavailable, check internet connection" on both mobile data and wifi. Good job...

The app is really buggy. Whenever I try to start it up, it just won't get past the loading screen, and if it does it says I have no internet connection. This has been happening for a week or so, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times (which will let me log in and view rosters the first time I use it, but won't work after that) and I've cleared data and cache but this doesn't seem to fix the problem.

I have been having trouble with the app on my Samsung phone. It kept telling me I was offline. The response time with the app is ridiculously slow, it is extremely frustrating. I have done what you have instructed previous users to do and that is delete the data cache. Will see how it goes. Question: Is it possible to delete out availability/unavailable if by chance you submit and make an error in selecting the wrong times etc? This feature of the app is very confusing - it is not user friendly at all. It would also be useful to have access to your roster on a laptop or computer, instead of only on your smartphone.

Just trying to check when i work, has become a mission that takes over 30 minutes, only for it to tell me im in offline mode and still not update. I have seen the previous reviews and tried your suggestions already and it is still playing up, not only on my samsung but also on my partners iphone. You need to do some serious updates, because this has been going on like this for too long and it's extremely frustrating.

Worst app, unresponsive and frustrating. Incredibly long lag time with everything, this is so incredibly frustrating when I'm trying to access my shift roster and check. The app will continue to say OFFLINE MODE OR NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET PLEASE CHECK. This is incredibly, ridiculously frustrating. I'm reading through reviews on here that state the same as mine, why is no one doing anything about it?! Fix it or at least find a better platform.

It's a terribly inconsistent app. It takes way too long to load up regardless of the phone you use and is almost never able to connect to the internet. As well as these issues there is almost a week delay when updating shifts. For an app about productivity and convenience, it is sure the opposite.

This is a horrible app! Won't update roster, says it's constantly in offline mode... I have cleared the cache and data, uninstalled, reinstalled all multiple times, used wifi as well as phone data and it still now won't let me re-register because it says no network available... yet both wifi and phone data are working perfectly....

It won't update my shifts. Keeps saying "using offline". Even though I am connected to the internet. Very frustrating. So i have followed the developer instructions to clear cache and then clear data, and now it wont let me re-register on the app. It keeps saying no mobile network connection, check internet settings. Im connected to fully functioning internet, even tried using mobile data. For such an important app for team members the quality is very poor.

App has been very slow after uninstalling, turning phone off / on then reinstalling the app is still slow and saying working on online mode or unable to connect to mobile internet, my mobile and wifi are all on. I have no problems with all other apps except for Kmart team app. Any advice to fix the problem or an update would be appreciated.

Have cleared cache, data and uninstalled the app, re-installed the app but it won't show the registration screen. Nothing changes. Update 7/7 still not working despite doing everything, won't get to the registration screen. Trying to enter information on a new device. Please help

So slow to load, at every stage of trying to check roster from sign in to eventually getting in, continual spining rainbow, it's frustrating, then when roster eventually comes up it says 'you are in offline mode' whatever that means, my phone has full internet and is not on airplane mode. Now after reading developers response to other people saying the same, I have deleted cache and tried to re register which of course now I can't even get that to work, I apparently have no internet !

This app is horribly designed, on my Galaxy S20+ it doesn't recognise my keyboard input on the password input screen so I can't even log into the app. I've cleared the cache, data, tried using voice to text and every other fix under the sun and it still doesn't work. Make a new, actually workable app or let us view our roster online

I have read all your reviews about not being able to re register and you say settings app storage clear data and clear cache. Well that doesn't work. How did I get the register button back on my device . I no longer can see my shifts . Also when it was working the available button was no actionable , only the not available.can you please fix

The app is really bugy and a few days ago my app all of a sudden logged me out and said you are not registered on this device. I tried clearing the cache and redownloading a billion times. I tried everything and i csnt access it. I even logged in on my brothers phone to try make it re registere on my phone and it didn't work. The calender is also bad as ot only shows you 30 mins before your shift starts not the actual time of your shift.

I like so many others are having trouble installing the app. I have a new phone I have done all of the things suggested in other reviews cleared the data and the cache etc so I don't require that advice again. I am being taken to the login screen when what is required is the register screen. I have used the app on my old phone since it became available with no problems so it is extremely frustrating. I have also sent an email asking for assistance but am still awaiting a reply from that too.

What is wrong with the Kmart Team App now?!? I've done exactly what is instructed through your responses from the "Reviews" and it does the same thing, still loading over the pin code. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. Why do we have to constantly repeat the steps; clear cache, uninstall, reinstall, etc? This is ridiculous developing.

This app would be great if it didn't keep glitching. Being able to see the roster and update your availability from home is great... Only problem is half the time the app glitches out and doesn't actually work properly to allow me to do these things.

I've always had problems with this app such as missing shifts because it doesn't update them onto the app but now I'm having the same problem with the app still telling me to check my mobile and internet connection is fine. I've tried the developers instructions to clear data and cache but the same problem is occuring. If there's anything else to do please let me know.

Terrible team member app.Always stuck in a loop of loading and then puts you in offline mode. Cant re-register because it says mobile network not available when internet is working. Clearing cache and app data in settings also doesn't work as a fix. Idk why rosters are just integrated into success factors

*update... clearing cache does norhing to help. Still says im not registered yet doesn't give an option to register, only forgot password link. So many at our store with same issue. When rosters change so much this time of year, app is needed. Keeps telling me I'm not registered on this device, when I go to log in. Haven't changed devices and have downloaded app again but still same issue.... Cleared cache but the app doesn't give me the option to register.. only option for forgot password.

This app often won't open on my phone. Two weeks ago on my roster, it had my finishing times earlier than my start times. Today the app is saying it isn't registered to my phone (the only device that I have used for the last 6 months to check rosters). Frustrating for sure!

The app was fine and did its job until this new update came out and wont allow me and many others to log in saying "not logged in on this device" this is the only device I use... and yes I have deleted and reinstalled many times and cleared by cache etc as many others have also. What is disappointing to see is that the reply has been the same default being, go to setting, team app blah blah clear your stuff and re login. Clearly that isnt working so what else can we do...

This app was working great, everything was working as expected, but now I can't access anything from this app. It says I'm registered to another device and won't allow me to re-login to the app. Also when I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it still won't allow me to access the app
