Need to sort it out, every day it goes offline, turning phone off and on resets app, never used to do this

Used to work fike with my CIB DVR. After update it does not work. Keeps saying it is buffering, no picture. Do not update.

Doesn't play cctv smoothly anymore like it used to. 5 second jump bursts of footage... pointless now since update. 1 star until fixed
Only plays in 5 second increments. Not as good as it used to be before the update. Two stars because it is easy to set up and use. Will be 5 stars when it streams live pictures.
I was pleasantly surprised how simple it was to connect and worked where other apps wouldn't.

just changed my phone from a sony xperia l which the app worked fine on to a samsung galaxy ace 3 which im now having problems with and cant view my cctv ,are you guys able to do anything to make the app more compatible with samsung galxy phones or do i need to change apps
Can someone help me how to get my note 3 to connect to my dvr... ? Not sure if I have to add my ip address on my router to my dvr. It works if I'm home but once I leave I get ..server unable to connect

Hope this is useful. The Mobile and web port need to be different in the DVR setup before you can connect. The media, web and mobile port need to be mapped through the router to the DVR. You will need to reboot the DVR before the port changes take become live. Once set up the App is great, fast and easy to use.
Does what it's meant to do. Works as well as manufacturer recommended paid app. Annoying prompt when exiting.
After latest update it was immediately crashing on open. Uninstall/ reinstall fixed it. Best app I've found to use with my zmodo dvr & cameras
