KML Aide - Google Navi / Waze
Google Map is a very convenience software to create your own map / Place, however it is not easy to find your POI in Google Navigation APP. It is recommended that you have Google Maps or Waze Navigation installed.
Now, we have KML Navigation Aide to help you (KML Reader).This APP can open the KML file and list up all your points that sort by distance, thus help you to read and find targeted points much easier. You can also find your targeted point by keyword searching, on the result page your one click on the targeted point will get directions and navigate to any saved place on your map.
Before you use the APP, you must create your own Google Map first.Then export it to a KML file and email yourself or transfer it to your phone.Next step, just open the APP and load the KML file (You can open it from email directly also).
You will see your Place Marker show in the list, then click the place. It will open Google Navigation or Waze.That's all, hopefully you would like it.

Great app, does exactly what I needed it to do. Up until recently, I have been using the My Maps app to integrate with Google Maps for navigation. However, My Maps will soon be shutting down the android app so I will be losing the integration between the two app. This app allows me to load my kml file, then select a point from the legend, then opens the navigation app; perfect. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to customize the background and text color. The stock background is too busy and distracting, I would prefer a white background with black text. Adding this customization would result in 5 stars :)
Absolutely GREAT idea. Unfortunately it rearranges the order of the steps in the route. It's frustrating as hell. It ALMOST works.
Great for railway lads as you can place a KML file into this app and locate any access for any ELR, saves alot of time as it then will put it straight into any given sat nav on your phone
App closes as soon as you try to select your kml file. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists.

Only app of its kind. It works simply and hassle-free. UPDATE: I'm amazed that you addressed the list space issue so quickly! Finally, everything looks so much better!
Buggy and doesn't work, just need a simple app that I can import KML files and navigate off of them.
This app helps to open kml POIs in waze. It works as described. Thanks for useful app.

When planning longer voyages I like to save each waypoint (places where I'll stop for resting and fuel, places where to buy the vignette and so on) and have them all easily accessible. Unfortunately, Waze does not support loading kml/kmz files or syncing with google's "my maps/my places" and it would be a pain to enter each waypoint, again, manually in Waze. KML Aide fixes perfectly this lacking feature of Waze and allows you to store your waypoints in a KML file and simply deploy Waze to navigate you to your next waypoint of choice. Great app that saved me a lot of frustration.
