Can't log in with Samsung 8, tried working with tech support and they informed me it's my issue, that they aren't having any problems. It worked with my previous phone and now it doesn't on this one. *UPDATE* After approximately a month with limited responses, I did get a helpful response dealing with my phones cache. I cleared the phones cache and the app is working now.

Passwords are saved then dissapear all the time. Great app but needs fixed.

Won't work with Microsoft Betaswift keyboard.... No character options. Bug fix please?

I have a new Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. I cannot log into the app.

Awesome app, their mobile site is pretty poorly integrated, this makes policy updates so much better.

Easy to use and gives our us access to our polices and procedures.

I have tried several times to load this app because I need it for work and it has failed every time. I contacted the IT department several times, they advise they would look into it and get back to me. Every time I talk to them they took down my name my email address and I have never heard back. I had this on my last phone it worked. I'm very disappointed that they do not have their app updated enough to work on my new phone. I have a Galaxy S8+ and it does not work. It's very sad you call the IT department they say that they will check into things get back to you And you NEVER hear a thing. This is something I need for my job and it don't even work.

Based on the reviews, it appears this app is working fine for others. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S6. It took several tries to load new policies, and when they finally loaded, I cannot successfully acknowledge them. A red bar appears at the top with the message "Unable to acknowledge policy. Please try again." ***UPDATE*** I'm now having the same "synchronizing manuals" problem that others are having.

When I first installed this app it worked fine, now when I try to log in it says it cannot authenticate. Nothing has changed, and I can still log on fine on.my computer.

Had trouble with the "synchronizing manuals" were it would stop loading at a certain percentage. Spoke to Mike at Lexipol and we got it working. Must select "ALLOW" when it asks for access to files, etc. Works great now. Thanks!

Will not sync and upload manuals on my LG G5. Worked flawlessly on my LG G2.

Makes staying compliant easy. No issues.

It says that my password has expired, but there is no mechanism for you to update your password in the app.

There was a problem with authentication

This app make it easier to complete the daily training bulletins than using a desktop computer. Highly recommended.

Help this will not install on my galaxy tab 10.2 can someone help me

Until now, downloading the .pdf of the manual on my tablet was cumbersome and not up to date. The real time access to the policies and ease of working on DTBs and the POLICY ISSUANCE ACTIONS helps keep me in the field and not at my desk.

Would be really nice to have search capabilities along with the ability to bookmark policies.

It would be nice if I could bookmark policies for quick reference in the field.

Excellent application Lexipol! We can now access our policy manual from anywhere, anytime. Thanks for updating the application to allow Admin users full capabilities. Well done!

Does not display the actual bulletin - that is the essential point.
