Often fails to work at all. Lacks some pretty basic functionality. Ads (insurance) keep showing back up after removal. Meaningless error codes for everyday errors. UI overlap issues (pop-ups) None of this is really excusable, even with the low cost options knab offers. All in all it's a pretty annoying app, often making me doubt knab was the right choice. Edit: now wish I'd read the comments. I'm out first chance I get. For definite.

Overall okay, nice UI, easy to use. Annoying that when using the app to log in on the website, I first log in to the app, find the scan button, and then I have to log in again three seconds later. Fast enough, but it's a poor user flow. And why is it called Bankieren after installation? The bank is called knab. I'd expect the app to be called the same. You're not the only banking app in existence, and people often have more than one installed. Very annoying.
The NFC reading in the mandatory ID check doesn't work with some perfectly valid IDs. The app doesn't offer any alternative if this occurs. I would have expected to be able to activate the app via a QR code generated by the secure banking environment on the website. All in all the installation experience was very frustrating.
Most awefully intrusive banking app around. Forced updates. And if it doesn't work: tough luck - no banking for you!
Needs a lot of work. Some missing features: No idin support. No push notifications for transactions. Very slow compared to the competition. Not possible to search all Bank accounts for a transaction at once. For some reason there is a low limit on the amount you can ask for through ideal. No wearable support, like samsung/google/apple pay. Not even mobile payment support. For a bank that calls itself innovative, its kind of a letdown. I may look elsewhere in the future.

The app is slow and using it can be a painfully patience-testing experience. There are some features missing like LIVE push-notifications when money is transfered or added to your account. The chat within the app is very well done and customer service is excellent.
Many times it doesn't open properly. When I click on the app, I get a blank screen or only the logo appears but no possibility to enter pin code or open the menu. This happens about half of the times. Very annoying.
App automatically grabs clipboard contents upon login. This may have been something they've been doing all along, but Android 12 has revealed it. This must be a policy and privacy violation of the worst possible kind. I hope they like looking at passwords and private information that I copy
Very bad experience. It takes a long time time and then when I ask for help through the chat they keep telling me try again, as in download the app and start the registry process again because something went wrong. That cannot happen two times in a row
It's okay, the app has often not opened due to "technical difficulties" which is pretty bad considering there are no shops to visit. You can't deposit cash without a big cost and no English version. They even blocked chrome to help you translate the page 🤦♂️
Breaks regularly to the point where you don't even have an account anymore according to them.
Randomly starts declining code or fingerprint with 'oeps er is iets misgegaan' error, resulting in having to remove and add my phone again, very annoying process which also kills your options when you are not next to your random reader.
I use various banking apps, and this is the best one around. It works well and fast. You can do almost everything through the app and rarely need to go to the website.
Works perfectly. Never had any issues. Clear user interface and intuitive controls.
Worst experience ever. Trying to open a bank account and the app has several bugs that don't allow me to complete registration. Customer service can't do anything except saying I can try to uninstall an reinstall the app within 2 weeks. Tried the app on my ipad. Got further than that but then I couldn't complete the registration because the drop down menu doesn't open for what gender I am. Really? I'm glad this happened now, guess I just have to pay a little more for a bank account I can trust.
