I think a lot of good work was put into the game. It's nice and pretty with lots of detail. I love the animations and visuals and character models. I had to stop playing since my phone ran out of space. The gameplay is a simplified JRPG system which isn't bad and very nostalgic for many but there's not a whole lot of strategy rather just farm for exp boost items to get stronger. I think for a very casual player this game is great, but in my personal taste I'd love to see this with an actual complex gameplay and combat system. I'd even pay a full price if it was a full game on handheld (3ds etc) or console. I could see this being a popular ARPG or JRPG. It's difficult to review since mobile games in itself are created differently and more casual in general, but this game does a lot of good things despite being mobile. Its biggest thing that deters people is the way free to play games often require money to win, and even where I was at it seems to be headed that way.

Since the developers have clearly ignored us with the issues that were addressed they probably gave up to work on another game cause there's nothing new and with every update there's a problem with the game not loading. We shouldn't have to reinstall the game to get it to work and half the time that doesn't work. This game I really loved it but if the developers won't address the issues then it's not worth playing anymore.

I'm sure, I'm not the only one that find this extremely frustrating and annoying. It's time to put some work into this part of the game. When the game 1started this many line ups was fine. However with all the added content to the game the team system is so out dated and it has not keep up with the game updates. It's time for you all to pay some attention to this and update it accordingly to the game and features.

Help! There is a bug now that the game will not even load to the lobby, its stuck on the intro loading screen and the loading icon just disappears, it wont even allow me to play the game anymore. This is so frustrating because i have put alot of work into this game. Please please please fix this

Fun game, always seem to come back to it. Be warned that this game is a bit pay to win if you want to try getting invested in p2p. Otherwise, the story is actually pretty decent, artwork is attractive and the UI is very polished. Being able to use landscape orientation while navigating the menus is still not a thing either Edit(March 2022): game does not get many updates anymore. Was fun, but now very stale. Good rates tho

3D graphic looks good. Game play is so addictive. If the background & monster graphic can be improved. That's perfect.

Great game, but ive stopped playing it, after they removed the landscape layout for tablets here(i used samsung gt-n8000 and sm-p601) Please return the landscape mode back again here, so i could play it again on my tablets, please! Thanks!

4th Edit: this game keeps stalling. Is it worth coming back to play? 3rd Edit: the new update doesn't work. It continues to stall. Updates need to happen to fix this please.

2019: i honestly love this game! since the download intro until now it's been one of my absolute favourite rpg games, all the Collabs are amazing too, I hope there'll be more of them! 2022: i still love this game. It has never let me down

Returning player in the game after not playing it for a year now I can't even download it because it automatically closes the app itself when downloading files.

I downloaded this game before on my old phone, got a new one and had to re-download it. Lost my data. I had all the RWBY characters!

This game is your basic rpg manager with great character design. Absolutely do not spend money on this game as it regularly goes down for hours, so you will not get to regularly use your purchases. Otherwise, it can be fun to watch the animations as they are very well done. This game runs abysmally on samsung galaxy s20 so be careful

The game keeps crashing and i have uninstall and install it back for the game to work and its a pain when i have to do that 3 times in 2 hours

i recommend this game through all the players out there to try this game. its so cool from the story, events, pulls of heroes and good graphics. my recommendation to the creator of this game is i hope that they will add more storylines, events and collaboration in the near future.

There is a problem on Samsung S21 Ultra. The app can be opened, but halted in black screen often.

when you try to summon the summon rates are way to low for any of the characters. I feel like theres no use in playing if you cant even get a new character.

Been play this game since it launched.. Been stop play this game cause of some reasons for a year. I missed heroes collaboration of fairy tale. I have all awaken Heroes and really enjoy play this game. You need to make a change for every update such new awaken Hero or new game mode, new game story. I wish long live for KC!!

When I first started the game it was a lot of fun. Now, it's nearly pointless to play. Way too many times, the game freezes, especially in areas that require a high energy cost, like the Team Battles. Also, it appears the developers have taken away the guaranteed character drops from the 1 and 2 Star advents which are vital to level up your SSRs. I'm at least glad I haven't invested any money in the game. Seriously though, fix your damned game!

Started the game recently. It has nice art and the gameplay seems fun. However, the game is often unplayable; I can't do anything because of the touch controls not working. It temporarily works if I restart my phone but not for long as it seems to randomly stop soon after. It seems like they're generous with characters at the beginning but I could see how it could get pay to win later on, especially looking at the typical bad cash shop item pricing and issues.

This game was fun and engaging when it released. Nice mechanics, cool heroes, pretty art. 4 to 5 stars. I recently tried going back and playing it again. however, for some reason they removed the landscape UI. The game now feels awkward and unplayable. if they revert back to being able to play in landscape (not just in battle) I will redo my review. Until then, the game is too awkward to play.

The game has beautiful 3D graphics, engaging storyline, a lot of contents, and it gives a lot of freebies. It's amazing how the weak and useless heroes now have the chance to be powerful. Everything was basically perfect until they added costumes that can only be bought with money. And because of that very reason, more than half of the player base has left.

i have been playing this game for more than a year already. i love it. gameplay, story line and hero build up. but the downfall of it that the multiplayer is somewhat broken. the enemy boss itself is not moving to a certain point when he/she is about to die in his/her action phase. so, we players forcefully abandon the battle because we are stuck and we lose great amount of energy and time because of that. i hope that the devs would address this matter soon so we can enjoy it fully again.

This would've been 5 stars but lately, the game has been freezing on lobby screen every time I load the game. It loads and goes to lobby screen, but I literally can't touch anything. Edit: The multiplayer levels keeps freezing up in the middle of play. On top of that, my game keeps crashing for no damn reason. Please fix this. I'm starting to lose interest if this keeps up.

Not gonna lie, but I really enjoy this game. The characters are colorful, The gameplay is good, and the rewards are... somewhat worth it. However, one major complaint I have is the inability to level up by beating enemies. I mean don't mind using others characters for exp but I would really love seeing my characters leveling up after completing a stage.

the game is very fun, i never feel like I need to spend money, it's really not necessary unless you're into that. the story is good. But developers can you please fix your broken multiplayer dungeon, it freezes literally any time you go into it and you have to leave and it takes your stamina and you don't get rewards because you had to leave. makes for a frustrating user experience. there is absolutely no point in having it there if it doesn't work. please fix this and the game would be 5 stars.

I actually love this game, and regularly spend money. But Netmarble, fix your app. I can't do anything without the app crashing. It's already a juggle with the limited energy you have to grind daily. And this is made infinitely worse by the high energy cost Advents that are a waste of energy if the app crashes in solo or Multiplayer. I can't even switch from landscape to portrait mode without the risk of crashing. I refuse to spend anymore money until this is fixed. I have a high end Android, this shouldn't be happening, and this is the only app that is happening. Please fix your app.
