Knights of the Sky
Knights of the Sky is a flying game inspired by the 1980's arcade game Joust and modern "Flappy" games.
Simply tap to flap flying higher with each flap.
Avoid hitting platforms but feel free to walk on them. Walk on the ground if you wish, but avoid the lava pits and fires.
As enemy knights approach you must joust or evade. However evading doesn't always work
- especially when a large group of knights attack.
Beware the pterodactyls! They are tough to defeat, but you may find a powerup shield that makes defeating pterodactyls easier. Slaying pterodactyls may result in more gold, or a powerups shield. The shield may even provide an extra life!
Collect the gold to get the highest score. But the gold also has another purpose. If enough gold has been collected, then death is no threat as you just use some of the gold to buy a life and continue playing.
On the other hand, if you have a little gold, but not enough to buy a new life, then you can buy a chance for a new life. Pay the gold fee, roll the dice and see if you have won a new life.
Knights of the Sky was created to encourage the player to continue. In many arcade games, death is final and there are no continues. In this game, it is possible to continue by selling gold, a dice roll, or even a powerups shield for an extra life.
Great for a quick break and easy for anyone to play! Enjoy bonking other knights on the head and other features. Simple enough that a child can play but may be challenging enough for adults of any age.

I love the way the knights look and how they feel like they're flying. I really like how they don't just fall out of the sky like Flappy Birds.

This game is just awesome. Love it
Great job! I love the 90's games. You should try to do a spin on the Q-Bert idea! Edit: It's nice when devs are responsive and not only implement user suggestions, but reply to you and let you know. This dev is doing it right, and other devs should follow their example... I'm looking forward to their upcoming game, "Q-Bubba"!
