The app gets the job done. But the fact that you can't see the wait times outside of the park is annoying. Disneyland and Six Flags both have the ability to see line wait times outside. Apart from that it gets the job done.
App is junk...have been season pass holder 3 years and app has never worked the way it should. Customer service at the park is useless after going multiple times each year to try and fix. The app will store my season pass by not the add on's like the parking drink and dining passes. If always a hassle entering the park and getting food or drink. Probably last year I'll go, it should be a fun experience and not having to wait every time you want to purchase something on the passes
Well, it's not real easy to figure out. And the wait time for the rides are always inaccurate. I really think they should re-do this whole app!
Why bother putting ride times on? They're completely wrong. Directions app literally takes you the wrong way as well. I feel like I got suckered into selling my info for a nearly useless product designed to get us to put down 135 extra for fast passes
Helpful for navigating but the ride time estimations were wrong or not updating. And it said rides were open even though they were closed.
I can't add my season passes to the app. I am not able to type in my pass numbers or scan the bar code as the app says over and over, Oops, looks like it doesn't go through. Let's try entering it again. I tried many passes several times, it doesn't work.
So far so good. Been using the app since I became a pass holder in October 2021. Only issue I have is pass photo doesn't show up. Other than that no issues using to scan at the park.
Worst app ever. Wait times are not shown. Map is not user friendly. Nothing works.
Won't let me add our season passes. Asks to scan barcode, but there is a QR code that won't scan instead. 8-digit "quick code" is an alternative that also doesn't work. Will have to ask Guest Services the next time we are in the park.
Disappointed. Only good thing is It stores your annual pass. Ride times are spotty at best
Ride times don't update. GPS directions drops you off in the wrong spot, such as behind the mountain but not at the ride entrance. So if you're new to the park you will be confused and not sure where to go to enter rides. The ride wait times require that you create an account, but even then it's very faulty. Most the rides show up as closed even though they are opened. Rarely showed wait times. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars. It has great potential but needs bugs worked out.
Good app. Love how it has all your tickets and season passes stored on the app, so you can use it when you don't have your physical pass. Has map when opening the app completely eliminating the need to get one at entrance of park. Has wait times for all your rides. Why I believe covid-19 will have long lasting effects. Wait times on the app are wrong. Annoying! App wait times on 4/19/22 were off by 1 hour 😑
Just downloaded and keeps crashing, not even able to sign up for an account. Absolutely useless.
Has room for improvement. It's decent when at the park, map isn't the best but it works, youll find yourself guessing which direction to go in. Didnt eat up battery life when constantly opening and navigating their map either so a plus. Has constant force closing issues and the layout could be a little more user friendly.
I downloaded the app to prepare for Knotts visit. I created an account on my laptop and when trying to sign in to the app, I get wrong password message. I then try to change password and another error message, server doesn't recognize. So I called the help desk, they told me they could not help me. That I have to deal directly with the park at Buena Park. Now I'm getting frustrated on the lack of assistance and worthless app. I called the park and no answers, no solution. I absolutely love this app. Keeps me up to date with everything that is going on at Knott's.
No use for it really. Can't see the wait time on rides which is the main reason I downloaded it

The app keeps saying I'm offline despite the fact all other apps are running fine on my phone. Other than that, it's okay. Need time to get used to it though.
WORST AMUSEMRNT park map i have evet had misfortune of using. Park refuses to hand out traditional maps, instead stuck with something that is notjing more than a GUESS THE SHAPE quiz geometry class.
It's helpful to an extent. It supposedly has a wait time for rides feature but the information is bogus....DONT BELIEVE IT. IT LIES...SUPER POLITICAL SIZE LIES. It said Jaguar was 5 min and it was actually 90 mins. That's 85 min unaccounted for. What's maddening is the app states it was just updated. I don't know what mechanism is used for determining the wait time but it doesn't work. The GPS works for walking and finding things around the park but the wait times feature is shitte. Too bad. It's very useful thing to have. They should include a park crowd meter...they won't obviously as it would deter business if they indicate they're crowded.... If you have a meal plan, the app tells you what you can eat at the designated dining choices....not all spots honor the plan. Fix the wait time and it's perfect.
I like the app overall, it is easy to use and find things. I do not like that it doesn't load the season passes automatically. I know that you can add them manually, but that isn't the point. All the other tickets that I purchased previously (that I do not not need) load automatically once I log in, why not the season pass (which I do need)?!
