This app provides you with personalized nutrition guidance on recipes, grocery store items and local restaurants, and helps you locate farmers markets and other food assistance services. Personalized nutrition guidance is based on your dietary preferences and if you are managing any chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, osteoporosis or other health conditions. You can also connect with your own local Registered Dietitian, who can further personalize your nutrition guidance.

The Know & Grow app also helps you find local social services, health and wellness events and keep up to date on news and health tips from local organizations from across Cumberland Plateau.
