I could not get the serial number for the SIM sticker, neither method worked on either of two Andriod phones. Even with the help of Tech Support! We ended up swiching to the Knowroaming SIM, which in my case was free with the SIM sticker. SMS usage is difficult to see. Tech support is absolutely 5 🌟, but the app is very buggy, not tested properly. The SIM sticker makes your SIM slightly thicker. Just enough to damage the SIM socket in of my phones. Beware!

Data packages are great, but regular calls out have been not been working. They gave me an esoteric work around that forced me to use the less available T Mobile and limited to the call back function which is exceedingly tedious.

It's data roaming is useful indeed but the unlimited data plan is not real unlimited in accordance with its fair usage policy. If you use apparently excessive data such as 1Gb a day, your network speed will be limited and even be removed by them without any notifications. I can still give it 3 stars because of its real nice and efficient 24/7 service.

Fustrating states it mildly. What a totally useless app. I have now tried to use the app twice recently travelling first to Egypt and then to the Seychelles and on each occasion have spent the first number of days following multiple instructions from the help service trying to get the app to work but without success. What is worse I cannot now access my own service and the helpline is plainly unwilling to assist. I would give a negitave star rating if I could.

Have had continual problems with knowroaming in Canada and USA. Often will not connect. Support not able to correct this time in USA after a week or more. To KR's credit, they have agreed to refund us part of the credit owing. But we had to get alternative cell phone service during our trip.

Last update stopped the app from working. Only shows a white screen, so I can't top up or view my balance. edit: Changed to 4 stars since it's working again. I just wish that data rates are a bit lower.

I brought this sim because they offered free whatsapp. To good to be true because when it arrived it would only work if you credited $25 I already paid for the sim. The concept is great one sim for every country unfortunately the rates are high and now the whattapp usage is limited to 30 days. Classic carrot now stick marketing. My advice buy a local sim it's cheaper.

One star because it works. But not more than that because they are a rip off. They have a price but they cut of internet completely way before usage period ends. 3 days of internet is more and less always 2, 2.5 days of use at most by their rules. So use only as a last resort. No speed reduction as they say, but complete deactivation of active package. They don't even respect their own rules. Today expired after 2 days and 3 hours. It was a 3 day package. Support is not useful.

I have used this company for a while. I can tell you there overpriced, yet more than that. They like to charge you, without letting you know that they are. For example they will charge you per megabyte after a package has expired. Won't let you know, when you check your account you realize your balance is less. Becareful with this company.

$50 down the drain because the app is rubbish. Set everything up exactly as I'd done several times successfully last year but this time it didn't activate the data pack despite stating that my balanced gone down by the amount of the pack. So then I was charged by the MB, chewed through the $50 with me realising and despite multiple "debates" with customer service no refund or reinstatement of the data pack. Feel like I've been robbed.

if there would be zero stars that's what I would give. Visited a dozen countries with this so called global card and only in the US it gave a semblance of actually working. voice never worked in either direction and the pointless steps their support makes you do over and over again just adds insult to injury. Not worth it, local SIM cards or Skyrosm devices are much better because this lame product does not even support mobile Hotpot.

Horrible product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. get a local sim card instead. its a scam. followed all the instructions several times. contacted customer support. still no data. especially frustrating when you are using your phone for GPS.

It has been working great for me, despite the occasional issue that we have been able to resolve. The support is highly responsive and there are excellent support staff. Thank you KnowRoaming!

Spend money for nothing. Expensive rates and the whole use is freaking difficult. I will never advice to buy this international sticker. If your phone is unblock just buy a sim card whatever you travel or if you have really good internet get Magicjack download the app to your cell and ready to go. Waste money buying this international sticker. No worth it!

I contacted knowroaming and within a feew hours the app was fixed and now it works perfectly on my google pixel. the quick resolution was amazing. never seen such great customer service.

Very poor customer service! I have not received any roaming data service since I ordered their eSIM. And they always do not solve my problems, and then they actually asked me to buy a new eSIM again for solve roaming data failure!

Very bad service, i purchased a 1 day global unlimited and after 3 hours package expired!!! Im only using facebook and video call to my family back home. Time to find another good internet sim card... i dont recommend this knowroaming!!!!!!!

Phone worked but unlimited global data did not work except in Cayman Islands. (Not in Mexico, Belize, or Honduras). Ripped off as to unlimited data. Do not buy this SIM card. Use another company. Glad I had TMobile international roaming.

Last 2 updates freeze on my phone, showing unknown network. I can't see my balance and I can't add funds or do anything else with the app.

Totally broken app. Completely freezes on my phone. Showing unknown network. Galaxy S4 w/ Android 5.0.1. Utterly useless.

Horrible company. Their service products changed completely. Zero transparency. I suggest you save your time and money.

It's fair. It use to be awesome when it had unlimited data for a day package. But it's still fair now.

it takes all my money without a sound even I have bought an unlimited data plan, don't use it mates, it is a money scammer

Deleting app after 3 years. As another reviewer indicated, cost/benefit no longer justifies keeping this. Especially after their policy change of expiring unused credit after inactivity.

had issues activating the card when i was travelling but the customer service was good and quick to help resolve the issue.

Excellent...always connected to loved ones anywhere in the world...few issues sometimes which can be solved by support...

Like Airalo does Knowroaming should also offer eSIM that customers can purchase from the app but with a number, to remain in competition 😊
