KNUST AIM

This academic app is very useful. It gives a bird's eye news on what's happening on KNUST campus. It shows you the fees to pay and where to pay. It allows you to see your results for the previous semester. The only setback I have on the app is my inability to read lecture notes on the app. Notes have not been uploaded to where they must be on the app.

I've had 2 experiences where I had to delete the app and install again because it wasnot responding when my data was on. In both instances,it work fine when installed again. What's that issue? It was really annoying having to download the app again

I can't do my course registration and what I get is slide down to refresh and I have been doing that saa. Please we beg the uits team to please do something about this for us. And also please don't forget the results option as well. Thank you!

I can't find my results when I download to my phone. I've search everywhere on my phone and use my phones file manager to search multiple times

Notification was installed for virtually nothing. Why don't you alert students through it when the results are in and whenever assessments need to be done. Personal information to students can also be conveyed through it.

Makes everything easy. But if lecture notes could actually be uploaded and accessed on the app, everything will be easier.

It's a great app but the profile of the candidates could be updated too like adding a candidates hall of affiliation. It would help students know what hall the are affiliated to un case if filling out school scholarships. Thanks

When I type in my student ID, it keeps saying error. I can't even open the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but the problem is still present.

I have deleted and installed the app twice because I'm not able to access the results on the app. But I'm able to get access on a different computer

Anytime i want to check or download something it takes me back and its just not cool .Its giving me a bad impression of what the app is , kindly work on it to get it improved . Thanks

More work need to be done on the app. Students can't even get access to course materials and are also unable to assess lecturers.

the app since it was dropped has had no major updates. a student portal which you can't even get updates of what's going on in the school, you can't even know the academic calander its really poor

Super useful app... I suggest that you add an option that would allow us to download the pdf of all the transcripts combined.

please I'm a fresher offering int. rural art and industry . but when I went to the aim app to register my courses for the semester , a notification poped up and said ; online registration settings has not been entered for my programme . please how do I go about it ?

It's gotten bad, I mean I pay fees through the aim app and 3 days it's not reflecting. Initially I gave it 3 stars but I changed it to one.

I can't register on the app. I can't even view my results. I keep being shown the error 500 or 400 message when I try to view my results or fees

The "forgot password" option does not seem to work. I have tried retrieving my password severally but the e-mail with the password never comes.

Hi when is this app going to support iOS I’ve been waiting for a very long time now You made a statement to upgrade it 2 years ago and still haven’t rectified it. Why?

The app is most often not active It not convenient at all. You click on something , it will load till eternity even with a very good network

Its really a useful app. A big thank you to the developers. It's very easy to access and makes everything easy with just a click

I think it's a very well designed app. I do hope the lecture materials menu would be useful someday

Good app, but constantly crashes on Android 8.0 It was working fine when I was using Nougat.

The app dey fool too much, anytime I put in my credentials it tells me wrong credentials wossop. I've been using this credentials since first year

This app is very good, but it can make you run out of blood especially when you hear that the results are in😂😂.. Chai Kwame Tech. ne pressure 😢😢

When I enter my my student ID it displays my name alright but different profile picture and when I enter my credentials that's my username and password it tells me the username, password or studentid provided is incorrect. but when I try to reset my password it tells me no account exists for student id ........ but I have been using it before and am still a student

The app keeps on shutting every time I log into the results section. Hence I always have to delete and download over and over
