Not working properly. I created an account in the app and made a reservation, but when it was time to pay I kept getting a crdlnkup error. Tried multiple cards and the same thing. Went over to live chat in the app, but it was just a blank page. So I decided to use the reservation number from the app on the website to pay for the ticket, unable to complete transaction. I had to create a brand new journey on the website and pay for it. Moved over to the app and it wasn't showing the new item...
The app was effective for the most part but the live chat option does not work and there seems to be an issue where making payments are concerned. Additionally, going forward I would suggest that you also add an option to cancel reservations. I am now deleting this app because it makes no sense whatsoever if it cannot do what it was intended to in the first place.
This app is ok but it needs some changes or updates. It doesn't allow you to change or cancel a reservation. It doesn't allow you to change the currency if you want to pay in usd. Live chat is not available. I wish it would give real time location tracking. Please Knutsford Express update this app and it would be so much better.
The app is unstable and does not fully display availability of all routes and did not allow me to make the payment. I sent an email to enquire about my booking and was advised that payment could be made at the office. Transpires that the online price is lower and in spite of there being a known issue with the app, I was charged the higher price. This could prove to be very expensive in the event of a family group booking.
The apps is amazing. Simple and easy to use. Most comfortable and relax experience with friendly staffs and customer service. I reccommend using knutsford express to all those who wish to travel in style at a reasonable cost.
The app has potential but needs update and improvements. Some of the functionality crashes at times or the options just don't work at all. I hope that there will be improvements made in the near future and the ability to utilize my points via the app
Very disappointed ☹️.. I'm not seeing any time to book after first trip for the day. I deleted and reinstalled the app many times and it's the same issue. Before this new app I was able to see the entire schedule for the day then I could choose appropriate time.
Trash. This app crashes after each time I use it. It won't load the dashboard. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it won't allow me to login nor even make a new profile. Just great.
Love the app and it's new features....am only having issues with payments...for the couple years that I have been useing knutsford...am only able to make online purchases via website and not through any of the apps...either the older or newer versions...but over all I love the app and it's design
I really enjoy the fluidity of this app, definitely a well-designed and easy to understand platform. The mobile boarding feature is also a great perk.
I purchased a ticket using the app.. paid online and my account gets charged but I don't receive confirmation. This has happened twice. This error has me paying twice and more at the customer service representatives. Please remedy this issue. Thxs
Relatively easy to use. However, I wasn't able to make a payment on the app and had to pay the full price in office. In another instance, I logged in online, paid for my ticket and then checked in on the app and did as the instructions stated show QR code to the Driver. I almost was not allowed on the bus. Please ensure that the Drivers have access to a way to scan the QR code, whenever this comes up again. Oh, what is the Kiosk stand used for? If it is to scan the QR code in the app then...
The app keeps giving me incorrect information especially when I am trying to book a ticket for travel. I am forced to go on a computer and get my bookings done. Normally I would be able to do it from the app... Idk what has happened
This app was last updated about 2 years ago. This is ancient in technological terms. Interest ought to be placed on continuous improvement, functionality and customer interface experiences
Avoid booking through the app. You won't receive a booking confirmation and they will not find your payment even if you show them proof. Their website is more reliable.
Unfortunately the app doesn't work well. I was charged twice. I am also not able to check in or update my profile. It doesn't sync with my account online.
Great!!! Buses are clean and ontime. I have had only one bad experience over the years. The driver was not very courteous, the mike was not working and he did not provide information which resulted in a passenger missing their stop.
Can't book anything. I get a "cannot find a trip" message for all the destinations and departure locations I've tried. Better to just do it via desktop
There needs to be updated times for departure etc. Im not seeing anytime at all for somw location. What is happening with the app. Times should be sync to actual. Please improve.
All routes are not listed in app and payment option doesn't work. Additionally, check-in option checks in full itinerary and NOT the specific trip!!
Dependable, professional and consistent. Clean, comfortable buses and great drivers who observe the rules of the road.
This app is useless. I get an error stating it can't find a route no matter what dates and locations I put in. The live chat doesn't work. What's the point of this app?
Used this app to book my parents travel arrangements for the upcoming Christmas holiday and it was a breeze. Very simple to use.
Am excellent and very professional service. Customer Service via email was fantastic when amendments to the booking was required.
My experience was pleasant and met my expectations. If possible, all three desk persons are needed near scheduled departure time please.
Need more shuttle for different times to Port Antonio. Not everyone travels at 5:30am in the morning. Very inconvenient when travelling to Kingston or Montego Bay
Terrible.Its hard to book a trip and pay in $US .Also its hard to book a trip for someone else other than myself.
Haven't been able to make a reservation no matter how much I try. And it keeps freezing up my phone.
The app took the money for booking but the seat wasn't actually reserved. No refund up til this moment.
The app is not very flexible...many features do not work. I end up going in location to pay for their services. I would recommend the app because calling is not always convenient. You can at least book your ride. On the other side the ride is a bit pricey unless you compare it to a similar journey in another country. However I do enjoy the hassle-free experience, both for traveling and their courier service. Do I recommend it? Yep.
