I find this app to be a lifeline for current information regarding El Paso County, Colorado Springs & Southern Colorado. I just wish on my Android phone that I could enlarge things like weather maps. We get good information but I can't see any of it because there's no way to make it larger. It's the only thing preventing five star rating.
Poorly designed. It's like the developers didn't even look at the UI on a phone interface. It's clunky and usually crashes after refreshing.
I'm confused I downloaded what I thought was the official First Alert app which is the same logo but full color, then I found on their website this app. But the other one has more info. it looks updates. Please confirm. Thank you!
Channel five has the best weatherman, Mike Daniels. His weather forecasts are very accurate and reliable. Your news team is energetic and reports "real news" and no "fluff" pieces. All in all, channel five has the best news, weather and news team in all of Colorado.
Good app, miss the option to have only breaking news notifications. Used to be available, please bring back!!!!
On the pixel 3a xl after clicking any article the app crashes. The app cannot be used in this state.
Since Scripps took over, the quality has plummeted. It's a pity, used to be a decent station.
Ads playing underneath articles? No way to mute them or turn them off. Deleted!!
Bet it's great for breaking news IF you live in Colo Springs. They tend to forget not EVERYONE lives in the Springs, and just, as a for instance, there are 160k + in Pueblo.

It's extremely irritating the way videos will automatically play when I'm trying to READ a news story!!! They have decided that we must hear the story instead of reading it. Why??!
Hate the new interface. The text is too small. Hard to navigate on the phone. Alerts don't link to the right space and breaking news is no longer available

Same experience here. As of 12/3/2021, the app crashes immediately when trying to open. Re-installing did not help. Now permanently uninstalled. Update 12/5/2021: Received a response and a fix released from the developer the next day after posting the above issue. Very good customer service. The app is now re-installed. Thanks.
