IC number as compulsory for registration is very bad, you guys are in bakery business only, there is no reason to use IC as member ID. Nothing attractive in the app, except it serves as food/cake menu. So regret for the sign up.
Its very troublesome just to make a simple order. Firstly there is no other way to topup and need to find member ID in order to go to online banking to setup jompay. Then the issue with the app is buggy, unable to complete order due to syntax error. Whats the point of having an app for the sake of having an app if its not working?
