DO NOT BUY. WORST SECURITY CAMERA EVER. Wasted 100 quid buying this, for it to not even connect on the app!? The app has the worst user interface I've ever seen!! The camera won't connect and looking at the other reviews, other people say the same. Kodak are so rude in their replies as well!! Worst customer service I WANT A REFUND AND COMPENSATION!!
Works fine. Easy userinterface like the reviews on the internet already had mentioned. I can't see where the fuss is about with some customers claiming the permissions the app asks 'invades their privacy'. These are permissions required for some of the functionality, most people bought this product for, and if thoroughly investigated one can see there is nothing strange about these permissions... And about it 'not connecting'. Ever considered it's your crappy homenetwork? Non existent issue 4 me
Not the best quality and definitely not HD. The app barely ever connects to the camera and sadly Argos won't accept returns unless faulty. Definitely overpriced for what you get.
I cannot express what utter garbage this app is and how rubbish the EF101B camera is. This app is being deleted and the camera is going back. Avoid both. In response to your reply, I certainly did buy your product from Argos. if you would like to see my purchase then contact me. Your accusations of me perhaps not buying your product will not negate how rubbish it, and this app, are. And I did try to contact service help but got redirected to a site in French. Not much use!
Stopped working on my Galaxy S9+ after the last android 9 update. Edit: it works well after the app update, cherrs
absolute cods wallop. it doesn't work. now I have two ep101 cameras sat in box and unable to use them!

does not connect to my laptop on windows 10 or my android LG phone 4.4. am returning camera to Argos for refund.
Doesn't work with Android 9.0. Will have to return the camera as it is useless without this app.
Simply doesn't work. Keeps stopping before I can connect camera. It stops when I try to ad the camera wirelessly. I managed to work around this step in the ap by connecting it via the LAN. I was asked for passwords and remote access by your team and am not comfortable providing my password. I eventually worked around the errors in the ap myself. By connecting through LAN and then setting up wireless connection with LAN in place.
