This app takes up way too much memory on my phone and cannot be moved to SD card. That's too inconvenient for something only used on occasion. The functionality of the app is ok it didn't really work as desired. The features are more focused on add-ons and didn't appear to be much on enhanced clarity which is necessary for mobile pics most of the time.

I love the app and printer so far, the photos are small (wallet size) and it prints fairly quickly. the app is simple and easy to use. the photos do come out with a little reddish tint, so I want to see if you can correct that via the app but if not, it's not a HUGE problem. its super cute so I can't complain. Pretty easy to use. Thanks!

worked fast and great for a solid week. now suddenly the app is running super slow and never loads my pics. I wait 10 minutes just to be told I'm out of paper when I'm not! Doesn't even seem like it's checking if there's anything. Printer light has no indication of lack of paper either, it's just plain white.

Since there were not many google results for my fix i figured it out on my own. If you are having jam issues, slightly curve the picture paper down on the end that is feeding into the printer. Something doesn't line up properly inside for a perfectly flat picture paper to not jam. After making this adjustment i have no complaints from this item or the software running it.

Could not connect to my Huawei phone. Spent hours trying to 'see' the printer, to no avail. Paired via Bluetooth fine, but searching for the printer was as far as I got. Checked with an old iPhone of mine, which 'saw' the printer momentarily. Tried allowing all permissions, tried restarting the phone, switching off/on the printer, tried uninstalling the app and installing again. Sending back, don't bother.

This app is ok, but awfully slow. It doesn't relaibly connect to my phone, and when it does finally connect - it either doesn't load or takes upwards of 20 mins to load my gallery so I can start using it. I will say that the printer is more reliable than the sprocket (which i exchanged to get the smile) but there are lots of bugs in using this app and the printer. I also wish there were more personalisation features built into the app - the choice of stickers is minimal for example.

I cannot get it to connect to my Android phone, the app continuously searches for the printer and never connects. I have also tried connecting it through my phone settings and that has not worked either. The printer fed through the blue calibration paper and then tried to take a photo sheet, only for the photo sheet to get jammed which I had to manually remove. I had not sent any photo to print at this stage. I have also tried resetting the printer and my phone and that didn't work either.

love it! The photos, for what they are, are ideal. i find the picture quality sharp ( depends on the quality of the photo i suppose) papers can be found on a deal usually in argos. The battery life is brilliant and I really like the fact it can be put in your bag or pocket and really can be taken anywhere.

It takes forever to connect to the device, and the AR function is not working at all?! Got some message like we updated AR scanner...so what? I made more pics with AR vid in them after that and it is not working! And the device itself... terrible colours- i do not recommend! I'd rather buy Canon selphy for some real photos... P.S. 1 year later it is even worse- can not find and connect to the printer at all... crappy software ruins it all!

Won't connect at all. Massive waste of money. I have had this printer 4 days now and tried every day to connect several times. My phone can pair with the printer but the app simply won't. I have tried resetting the printer, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone, but nothing is working. I have contacted customer support but no reply as of yet. Really disappointed as my poor grandmother spent £100 on this currently useless piece of junk.

I was SO excited to get this thing. Only to realize that it didn't even work. It keeps saying that I don't have the printer paper in there. It's definitely in there. I even redownlaoded the app and took the paper out and out it back in. It just doesn't work. Until that changes, it's one start from me.

First time I used it it worked amazing and printed out clear good pictures for the most part. Just recently I tried to use it again and my printer started printing my pictures out with a yellow loading symbol right in the middle of all of my photos. I've literally tried everything to correct it. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Restarted my phone, reset the printer, put in new paper, etc. Can someone please tell me how to fix this!?

My photos are printing with a partial yellow "loading" circle in the center of every print. This is frustrating as it is causing my paper to run out and it is not cheap. Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this?.....May 23rd and the issue has not bee fixed. Also not able to connect to the printer any more.

App is good. But the device is not. Paper keeps jamming - out of 8 sheets, 3 are good. It's better to print as is, no backgrounds as it will jam in the middle of printing.

Still trying to learn but looking fwd to printing more. So far it's worked great on my android phone. A little difficulty getting it connected after first use but, once I realized you don't connect it like Bluetooth headphones it worked out fine.

The picture quality itself isn't perfect, but it's decent. One of the best feature which I like most is AR, you can attach videos as well in pictures, it's intresting for giving surprises to your loved ones.

The first two times I used the printer, everything was working fine and the printing quality is pretty good. The following attempts after the app and the printer do not connect . So basically a waste now.

Received the new printer today and followed the instructions, loaded the paper to use app, was prompted with firmware update. This was @ 6pm and its now 8:40pm and its still flashing the blue light and on 100% finishing off for the last 2 hours! Clearly not working! I'm really disappointed! What a waste of money!

I love it so far! one thing was it printed the same picture 3 times and I still dont understand why,but after that it's all good! I love having this printer and also to print my pictures from my phone gallery and able to make a album the way I want. sure I can buy a huge printer and all ...

The app tells me that it can't find or connect to the printer. I have Bluetooth on, the printer or plugged in, and they are right next to each other. I have contacted support twice, and it still doesn't work. It worked at my in-law's house, but it won't work at my house. So frustrating that I can't use the printer.

I love this printer. Except I can't actually get it print. So in theory, I love this printer. But not the app. The app keeps telling me there's no paper when I sure as heck know there is cause I can see it with mine eyes. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return this printer & hope for better luck with the next printer.

Sometimes it took some seconds to connect my phone to the printer which wasn't great, but other than that, using the app has been fun, so cute small images. But I suggest that there should be some custom borders

I am using this printer for the last 4 months for my best memories collection. It prints a good quality pictures, but sometimes it does not print color quality as same as shown in Image preview, but rather than this, overall app is awesome.

I cannot connect my device to the printer neither via the app (version 1.29) or my phone's bluetooth panel (the printer disconnects after a second). Assistance on how to use this expensive toy would be much appreciated. I will update my review once the problem is fixed.
