SCAM. After carrying out the assignments they've stopped emailing and keep delaying payment. Haven't seen a penny yet. After posting a review was contacted however I still haven't received payment. Best to avoid. UPDATE : I have dropped a message but there's been no change.
Lags a lot on android tablets. Not user friendly. Cannot copy and paste addresses. Extremely slow to open new tabs, enter date, express and correct missing info.

Terrible app. It doesnt allow you to filter and only shows a few different shops available and then the rest (vast majority) are for 'The Lott'. Bring back the old website
app just says you reached your limit of attempts to enter your WebExpress WITHOUT providing ANY solutions on how to resolve this. This is especially unfortunate since assignments are due that day. I thought my CODE was my assignment ID and it did not accept it. Moreover the app is not user unfriendly or intuitive. Meh
This app is not good for doing mystery shops. It needs a lot of work. It's way too much to even list. Because of this awful app, I no longer do shops with certain companies that make you use it.
Don't download this APP, its been over a year of chasing up payments. Find another mystery shopping company that actually pays. Well GBW took a whole year to pay, finally! So account is closed and that's the end of GBW.
It was worrying and felt used when there was no payment after 2 months. Customer service also ignored email. But payment did arrive a bit after 2 months. I am in Malaysia.
Never again. Performed shop in December, haven't been paid yet. Use Isecretshop or Eyes On apps. Those actually pay you for your work
KODOHub allowed for negotiation of pay. However, it added requirements not present during my first assignments.
Worst experiance. I think don't take any evaluation from this company. It's a fake company. I had taken iphone apple phone merchandising review AAR stores audit in India still waiting for my payment. Main problem is lack of communicating support by the company.

Cannot submit my report with KUDO Hub. Why?
Makes things easier now I can express assignments on my phone as I don't always have access to a computer. Interface could be better though, I had to just keep pressing buttons until I figured out what they all meant, & it took me ages to figure out how to submit results at the end as there was no clear button
Not tablet friendly . Job showing on their website not showing on the app. Words in app split over 2 lines & lines of text 1/2 on top of each other making it hard to read. Very amateurish. Pointless having an app that doesn't work properly. Uninstalled. Hopefully someone at Gapbuster will eventually figure out how to debug it.
Not showing assignments properly. For example Shell assignments SEA that have BEA attached to the assignment, the BEA assignment do not show during browsing. 9 out of 10 assignments location displayed on map are WRONGLY placed! Conclusion...the KODO Hub sucks. I prefer my PC.
Cannot express my assignment at all. Useless aps
App does not work and when issues are brought up to GB nothing is done. Very poor app. If you want to use app for submitting surveys ensure it works properly. Dont waste people's time that seriously do the surveys ended up not getting paid due to your App's issues.
