Kohl's

The app. is very useful, usually quick. My personal issue is that it doesn't always update items no longer in stock. I'm referring to items shown for a specific search, but have been sold out for days, weeks.... sometimes months!! After awhile you just kinda wonder how long will it stay....or the motivation behind keeping something sold out to show as initially available.

ALWAYS needing an update! Then still doesn't work properly. I can't click on things from your previous orders like you can on the website. When wanting to add another of something from the cart you can't, only updates what's in there. Also can't click on anything in my saved for later, always getting an error. One of the worst apps unfortunately. Maybe I should stop trying to use it and only use the website.

What the heck happened to this app? It was kinda hit and miss before, but doable, not anymore. The app is constantly closing or does nothing no matter what I tap on. The worst part for me is when I'm trying to see clothing items in different colors, it just stays on one color. I originally thought it was temporary but its been doing that for almost 3 weeks, since the new "update" yeah right!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I used the Kohls app frequently to search for items, see what's in-store, & make purchases. In the last 3+ months the app is useless. They "sunsetted" the list feature, which every competitor has. Now consumers are supposed to save items to their cart a la Amazon to buy later. Except Amazon has both, so you don't have to use it if you don't want to. Size searches are broken. Big & Tall results come up even when excluded. Instead of changing how I shop due to the app, I've changed where I shop.

The app is great and barely has any technical difficulties besides the stores not being able to tally up their merchandise, until after your order was placed. I would suggest that the store employees contact their customers and offer them different colors or other options before they just Remove the selected items. This issue has been very discouraging and makes us not want to shop, especially because then we lose the promo and or free shipping. PLZ FIX

The app is horrible, offers in your wallet are not being added at checkout. I have selected my kohls cash to use and it does not add it. They were not expired or used and keept showing available. I tried again today bi5t it would not add. Now they have expired as of 5/22/22. This app is slow, pictures do not load half the time, amd it freezes. All around this app need a overhaul and bugs need to be fixed asap.

From my first usage there's no comparison. They've made making your payments so doable now. Then making the wallet, coupons & Kohls cash all on the totals & tells you how many item's are good for your item's chosen. Then started having Amazon item's being able to send back there makes it one of the Go To stores for a little bit of everything. 😁

Worst store app ever. It glitches all the time. It randomly closes after you've been scrolling through items causing you to start an endless cycle of searching for something and never finding what you want. When you click on a saved for later item in your cart, you'll get an error that says access denied and the app goes back to the start page. Forget trying to pay your Kohl's charge though the app. I hope they hire a new app developer cuz the one they have lied on their resume

App doesn't work well. Impossible to load Kohl's Cash. Is not synced with actual account. Multiple errors in discount codes and saved for later purchases. Had to call Kohl's multiple times, and the app still doesn't work. I end up using the website, more often, and will delete the app, because the site works better. Kohl's needs to find these bugs and fix them ASAP.

I gave in and updated the app. Because it was finally working correctly. Now, the search filters do not work. Absolutely unable to search for anything. It's aggravating having to gamble that your updates will screw the app up more...and not knowing in what way. But, the app won't work with or without your updates. Unbelievable. Though, your screwed up updates do save me money... because I can't use your app.🤑

(App now works)I have had this Kohls app for some time, probably at least 2 years until today. I couldn't open app without it saying upgrade now, so I did. Tried opening app after upgrade but same thing appears. I uninstalled app, reinstalled it and restarted my phone twice, but app still shows to upgrade. This is frustrating. What is wrong with this Kohls app?? UPDATED: This app now works fine on my Android phone.

Good for looking up items but not for buying online. It's constantly reloading and doesn't let me add items to my cart. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. If that wasn't bad enough it is always needing to be updated.

Edit: new version even worse than the last. when I put in products to order they're not available to ship so I choose a store for store pickup and then when I go to check out it refuses to complete the sale. extremely broken. I am sick of putting up with this stupid app and their equally broken website.

APP HAS UPDATED FOR THE WORSE! This app was once tolerable at best but now it's gotten worse! Same complaints as others about not updating and showing items unavailable as "available"! The most frustrating is spontaneously getting kicked out of the app! Been this way for too long now so I have no desire to shop here anymore!! Frustrating and time consuming! Goodbye Kohl's!

Maybe a little to easy to use. I end up spending a little here and there on the app all the time. There are pop up deals that are online only and the app keeps all my deals all in one place. I love it and use it all the time to either to ship things to me, pick up things at the store, or there is even a way to pay on the app with kohls pay at the store so you dont need a card. So there will be some feature on here that will work for you.

I love Kohls. That was then,this is now. Update! I am so disappointed. I made a major purchase after 4 days of getting kicked out & being told none of my cards were valid.I talked to customer service, rep had no clue, no help. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, not functioning correctly. I made the purchase but did not get the $80 Kohl's Cash, I was told, "purchase made too late🥺 I cannot get into my account or pay my card. Wrong user name & password. Done shopping at Kohls.

Unrelenting marketing emails. I wish I had never ordered from Kohls. They say you can unsubscribe. Apparently that means at least one a day, sometimes more, because I unsubscribed weeks ago, and again days ago, and that's how many I still receive. I'm blocking Kohls entirely. I've had it.

Almost impossible to use. Crashes constantly. I just spent 15 mins trying to look at the same dress but everytime I clicked on it to see it more closely, the screen would go blank, be unresponsive and then finally tell me the page is lost.

5/21/2021 Thank you for fixing the app. Everything seems to be working correctly again. 5/1/2022 Last update broke the app. Cannot view different color options for apparel. Just blank videos when you try to color options. Fix please!

Most recent version not working well. Never had a problem in the past but in recent months it is difficult to make payments. The "agree to terms" button will not let you select it.

While this wasn't the best app to begin with, it worked and I knew how to use it well. However, with the new update 05/2022, it won't even let me login. I type in the pw and try to click the green "sign in" button and nothing happens. I'll have to go back to using the website version. :(

Ok App but slow. Revising. The constant updates and ridiculously slow performance are becoming intolerable. Update 5/2022 I think the app has actually gotten slower. This is insane.

I really wish this app was better than it is. It allows you to choose things like free ship to store & free pickup in store but after applying those as filters, there are so many items that come up that are not available for either of those. It truly wastes a lot of time clicking on items that say they are available for pickup at the Clinton store but they actually are not. It also has items that are not available listed. That is a waste to click on too. I could go on & on. Bummer.

It updates regularly and when you are ready to use it at store, promots you to update. Without the update you cannot use it. After updating it always log you out. If you don't remember the password, good luck using it. At least it should give you an option to not update for a short period. It's a good app otherwise but this happens so many times at the store.

Update-still terrible. Sends me a list of clearance items that show they will be available at my local store, yet NONE of them are. Aggravating App! Sends me a confirmation code every time I login. Won't let me check the little box confirming my bank info every time to pay credit card, then kicks me out and won't let me log back in! App also slow as heck.... Super annoying, I won't even shop on app because slow and goes back to beginning of search Everytime you view anything!! Terrible

This app is really buggy and frequently will not update correctly, or show correct information about your charge statement. I show a balance this month, for example, and zero minimum due. If I use the web version, I have a minimum due. Can't be trusted!

The apps keeps messing up. It will not show thr price of the items with the discount/coupon any more. It also will not let you click on the item to make the picture bigger and change the colors in that bigger picture. Very annoying.

Tried to make a payment online when my wife was in the hospital, via the APP. The app wasn't working correctly. I tried calling and was put on an indefinite hold. I tried paying it for 3 days prior to the late date. I final made it down the day it was due. I thought it was all ok, but was then charged an $89.00 late fee for a $14.00 balance. THEN to have TWO negative comments on my credit report for the same balance less than 24 hours apart. Sour taste for Kohl's.

I have things in my cart, saved for later. It's easier to find them there than finding the list. When I click on a saved for later item, I get an access denied error message.
