Super outdated look to the app and extremely difficult to navigate and find what you need if you have multiple accounts with KCU. In addition to all this, the feature for linking to your other Banks doesn't work. It always says there is a problem linking. If you want to update a payment amount or which account you are drawing money from, you have to call, you can't just do it on the app or even the website. Pretty useless app other than when you're trying to look at how much you have/owe.
App takes out the last bill twice and they won't fix the problem. Not sure what my balance is unless I go inside the bank. It's been a problem for over 1.5 months and they are trying to fix it but haven't done anything yet. They took the website away and the app has been a problem but got serious problems since around Thanksgiving.
exactly the same interface as a web browser on my laptop... which is really nice that its consistent... I do have to say that the ebill feature of this new service isnt half as good as the previous system... I have 122'ish payees so this is very important to me... the app itself seems fine for android
On the galaxy s9+ the navigation scrolling is darn near impossible. It will constantly reset to the top making it impossible to navigate through all my transactions. This is not an off market brand phone and the app should have no issues with this phone.
I don't know what happened but today I could not get in. The app just kept crashing. I've never had this issue before. It is just frustrating when it is your finances and you can't get in..
Got it specifically for remote deposit which has NEVER WORKED. Considering how old this app is... Your tech department that is in charge of this app must be asleep at the wheel. It always says "An error has occured and RDC can not be used at this time." Get with the times KCU.
Very simple to use interface, which provides all of the necessary services one may need when: traveling, in the case of emergencies, or, during quarantines.
It is good and helpful but it freezes all the time. I have to close it and start over frequently. Sometimes I even have to Uninstall the app and download it again.
Takes care of every task I need with multiple accounts. Interface is designed well and nice on the eyes. It's all there??
It's really easy to use n get around I wish it had the option to take a picture of a check n then it would go directly into my account but other than that it's good
Been with Kohler Credit Union for many, many years. They have always been extremely helpful and are willing to take time with you.
Instead of upgrading the app, they just make a new one and make you install that. Then the new app won't allow me to log in. After waiting on hold, in told to uninstall and reinstall the app that I just installed save that will fix it...
Worst banking app out there. Always get locked out and the reset tool doesn't works properly. I always have to call in to get them to reset it.
Easy to navigate. I'm glad they added the bill tracker in the last couple years. No issues with this app.
New app sucks. Password has to be super long and cant be the same has the previous one. I am also having problems getting locked out says try again in 1 hour I tried 4 hours later still locked out.
I got an error message on this app saying that the server was not connecting correctly. Every time I try to do something with this app it doesn't work
I find this app. to be extremely helpful in managing my account. I can always check if a transaction has went through correctly.
Search feature is useless. Scrolling is tricky, the .enu screen pops up constantly

They kicked me out because people gave me checks that were worthless, and now I have to pay all the money back. If it weren't for that the app is great

The app was able to deposit checks on my phone. now the camera looks awful.
Uninstalled like they suggest to get the new version for Android, Now I can't get into my account.

Love it. Very easy and smooth to use.
Remote deposit works for me. Not the most attractive but it works fine.
A few bugs: 1. Tried setting up a fingerprint/passcode and the app crashed. 2. Tried exploring the account preferences and wasn't able to get into that. 3. Sometimes I login and the screen freezes, so then I have to force close and then login again. Also, I used to be able to see my utility bills using the Kohler Pay Bills, but I see nothing...so I guess Ill just register an account with WE energies and pay there. I really liked this feature, so I hope this gets incorporated again.
