Koi Live Wallpaper

Beautiful, brilliant and life like. Fish and water react to touching: the water ripples and the fish spint away when you try to touch them. I have used the free app for several years and just upgraded to the paid full version. I do not see much difference so far but it was only 99 cents. so no big deal. I have downloaded and tried out several other aquarium themed apps but I always find that this one is superior and I always come back because it is so mesmerizing and soothing to watch.

This is an old old wallpaper, but there's a good reason it's still in the store- it's awesome, and at 99 cents, worth more than every penny. The free version is great, fully functional. The paid version allows for background changes and settings that enhance what's already sweet. I have it running on the G7, Oneplus7T, and S5e tablet (really pretty on that). You won't regret dropping a buck on this :-)

I love the way it looks on my phone, the fish move when you tap the water and the water ripples just like a real pond would. I upgraded it and bought the app, it was only a dollar. (Great deal btw) You can add or subtract the amount of fish, make it day or night and even add your own backgrounds. Unfortunately, I can't use it all day on my phone because it will drain my battery alot faster then I'd like it too.

Relaxing and nice life wallpaper / app. Pretty customizable. This app does need some love put back into it as it hasn't been updated in a long, long...loooong time. On newer HD phones the backgrounds and fish are a bit pixelated. Also I have a Note 10+ and when you rotate the screen horizontally and scroll left to righ the background scrolls the wrong way. Some new features would also be nice such as other floating objects and interactons with and between the fish. Bump, Update already!!!

Was a great LWP on my older devices, and I heartily recommend it, but it's not compatible with my Android 11 device. Judging by the date of the last update, I sense it won't ever be, but I'll still give it four stars, as it's a great LWP.

This is an app that I've used for years. But Android 10 on an S10 is not letting me install it on either the home screen or the lock screen. The app installs as live app but not as wallpaper. You can choose fish, make the water ripple but double click doesn't feed the fish anymore. And there is no option to choose where you want to display it.

I've had this app for a long time and I love it! Lots of compliments and the kids at the school I teach at love to 'feed' the fish. On rare occasions my fingers hit something on the screen and my fish disappear... it makes me sad! A huge thanks to Sonia Jackson's post on how to reset it. Go to the app store, look up the kittehface koi pond app and hit open and follow the steps to set it as your screensaver. Thanks Sonia! I've also contacted the company on one occasion and they were super helpful!

Works well on the Samsung Tab A7! Make sure to click open via the Google Play store page so that the dialogue that asks you where you want to set the wallpaper appears. I purchased the app years ago and I see it still works well - the stock wallpapers need updating though, but you can use custom backgrounds anyway ☺

I've FINALLY found the right Koi Wallpaper! I've tried loads of others and the fish zoom around unnaturally, Here the fish actually swim at the nice relaxing realistic pace! I paid for the full version as it was so cheap! The customisations are nice 😃 The ONLY thing that could be improved is the fish-head motion-tail follow through; As a trained 3D animator I notice it needs some more weight/exaggeration but it's 99% perfect aside from that! Thankyou 🙏

Simply one of the best live fish backgrounds available. By far the best $.99 I've ever spent on a phone. The craziest part.... app hasn't been updated in over 6 YEARS!!! You will not be disappointed. Yes there's some small bugs here and there but again... not updated in 6 YEARS. Overall still the best. Hope the developer updates it at some point but IDK if they're still in business or not.

I have loved this app for many years. Something strange just happened. Everything is dark blue. I cant get into settings either. I hit the Koi icon and i just get the screensaver with no way of getting into settings. Please help. I have had this app for ages. I DONT want to loose it.

Love,It only If you guys could Update and make It to where you can put a full picture the background Instead of a small piece, because If you want to put the whole picture as your background you have to turn it sideways and then it zooms all the way into the picture an still dosnt show the Whole thing!!😪 So please to take the zoom off the picture because it makes it blurry or even more of the picture is cut off, It's time

I love this screen background, and people are still fascinated with it when they were it (even as old as it now is). It definitely could use updates, my new S20 comes up with a warning that it's meant for an older OS, but it still works great. Well worth the very low price.

Great app purchased it when the free version showed me that while limited it was fun and never changed and it was free... The paid version has more fish color choices, etc it's got all the bells and whistles without ads and WITHOUT ANY Strings attached. NEVER CHANGE!

honestly, this is a very old app, which hasnt been updated since 2014. The backgrounds on a QHD+ screen look terrible. The models havent been updated as well as the backgrounds since i had this on one of my first generation iphones when I was a child. No easy acessable settings, etc. etc. you get the picture. Its not good only 40+ yr olds who dont know what theyre looking at and what a good app/quality looks like would give this 5 stars.

I have had this app for years & continue to enjoy it each time I see a glimps of it. I delight in touching the screen to make the water dance & the Koi scatter. I have it on both my phone & tablet. Everyone who sees this live wallpaper on my phone say they love it & want to know which app it is. Of course, I always let them know. Everyone needs some peace in these crazy times! 😄😄😄

I have used this wallpaper for many years. No wallpaper compares to this one. For a long while it wasnt compatable with my most recent phone model so i had bought a more expensive koi fish background that just didnt do it for me so i recently went back to check this out for some memories and it worked! I must have had a software update that made me able to use it again. Im so happy. This background is the absolute best.

The only issue is whenever we select custom background and select any image frm our gallery, it expands extremely and creates pixels . The whole image is distorted.. Can you plz fix it? Whenevr image is seleceted for the background. It shud nt be pixelited, image should be clear and not expanded.

Had this since Note Edge(4) on 8, now Note 9! Changes gradually with time of day (or not), different backgrounds, # & type of koi, which move when touched, water ripples. Fave is the coin mosaic tile, contrast of aqua/ teal & copper coins look amazing, fish so real they look like they are in an actual pond! I love koi, my dad had a pond before he died, I helped feed them, this is a great source of comfort to me. Will never uninstall. Tried others to switch up, never kept. Thank you❣LOVE IT❣ 🎏❤

Love this app have been using it for years!!! Very pretty and peaceful and it makes hunting for food new back grounds for the fish fun!!! The fish are customizable I can make em different sizes and colors and feed them too! It's nice and relaxing!

No update:( No update in 7 years! 5 star live wallpaper. It works on my phone only because it's a budget motorola. It crashed sometimes but I'm sad when I upgrade to a pixel it will no longer work. This app studio is likely defunct so no developer will see this comment anyway.

Have loved and used this app for many years. Unfortunately after an update to Android 11 on my Samsung s10+ the interactive features, fish feeling etc., no longer work and lockup the phone. An update would be excellent.

Beautiful app. I'm editing my review and giving 5 stars. After changing phones from gs7 to Note 9, I couldn't find settings button. Found it! Note 9 users - open app, tap back button, settings button appears.

This does work on my S10. Heavy press on screen, choose 'wallpaper' on bottom left, choose 'my wallpaper' option in middle, press on 3 dots vertically on top left and choose option 'live wallpaper' and ur all set. Still love this wallpaper. One of the best live one, and the fish still responds to me tapping them, lol 😆

I have used this app for many years and always get lots of compliments from anyone who is close enough to see it. I like using the purchased program ($0.99)because I enjoy designing each fish using many colors.

Keeps crashing. I've had it for years. Presently using it on galaxy note 10 lite where its been working fine, but in the last week or so it keeps stopping.....what's going on?

If you are having a problem running this beautiful wallpaper, on android, the problem is they removed live wallpaper, other than their own, working on android. Download Google Wallpaper, go to live wallpaper and select Koi! Go to YouTube "How To Fix Live Wallper Picker Problem" for more details! Used this wallpaper for years it is still the most beautiful and relaxing wallpaper around.

I'm sorry guys. i purchased this app and after half an hour I requested a refund. there's a bug with the settings, I can't find them anymore. And i really just wanted to sit it on the lock screen without the home screen but I can't find such an option
