There are many great features with the app, but I have been having trouble logging into my account via Facebook, and also whenever I used my card for Koi drink, the point and balance system doesnt automatically updated. It would be great if it can be fixed soon.
Updated with version 5.1.0.. yet everytime I launched the app, it doesn't run and asked me to update.. clicked update and brings me to latest version 5.1.0 in google store that i have already installed! Launch it again and it just goes into the same endless update loop!?? Totally unusable app!! Uninstalled!!!

What's fun!! You decide to divide the actual point into 3 times while your reward point stay the same...kinda scheme!!! Your business is a really worst.
Android version not yet released but user log in required update all the time. Try to remove and install the problem still persist.

I can't update the app and the app is required to update in order to open the app now I can't see my reward point if I can't update it. The app is required the update but it only has 2 choice between uninstall and open.
Worst !!! I can't see reward point at all since 2 weeks ago. Actually I bought lots of tea to get a sip cup as a reward but none of them has stocks!!! And clarks don't feel sorry every time they don't have stocks of reward goods and failuer of barcode machine! I felt every reward program is fraud and feel tired of their unkindness! Koi Cafe Cambodia is just worst !

The app log me out and I've tried to log it back in they wouldn't let me and I change my password it's solve one problem start another, everything in my account are gone! My POINTS and MY CREDITS(MONEY). Can anyone help me fix this?
How? It told the user that it is outdated but it did not show any update then cannot go through the use of the app. Please check. Do we need to uninstall and install back?
You said your company had informs the information to customer while you app not available on Android OS. How can customer get the information. And you said you decided by 3 times of actual point due to the drink point also decrease. Why you focus only drink point and another award points are still the same. One more thing, why don't you increase customer point when you increase your product point since the version one. When you increase you point, you don't increase customer point and I noted .
It would be amazing if KOI integrate with ABA to bring fund transfer from ABA account to KOI Wallet. It would dramatically boost numbers of KOI card usage.
The new UI and UX was pretty good but if the system integrated with Transaction bank ABA or Wing it will be much more better
