KOIN 6 Portland News, Weather

Something changed recently. Can only read articles until the first Ad. then everything goes white. so haven't been able to read most articles recently. I believe there's an issue with how ads interact with articles.

Used to work fine until the most recent update. Now it freezes after a minute and uninstalling / reinstalling doesn't help. A shame as it's probably the best local news app if you live in East Portland.

Like others, for the last few months only part of each article will load. I prefer koin 6 news, but bei g unable to read an entire story defeats the purpose.

Use to work great, now all it does is freeze half way during loading and then takes 3 to 5 minutes to unfreeze

Ok for quick news, but often lacks basic information one expects in a news story. It seems that most stories are hastily written. Also, old stories stay on the site for weeks. Today is Saturday and I clicked on a link about icy roads. The story was from last Tuesday!

App has bot been working for some time always tells me i dont have an internet connection but every other app works just fine with no issues. Including my other local news apps.

It was so easy getting KOIN 6 News on my phone when I had a hard time finding news to broadcast the Fires and what was going on in the areas surrounding Salem. I love the updates and I am more relieved knowing I can count on KOIN 6! Thank you KOIN 6 for having an app that was easy to get the News fast! 😊❤️

This app has started freezing up you can't read anything 😒

I like this spp. The news is up to date and it is the same news they report on tv. I can easily keep up with events. On occasion the pictures don't load, but that doesn't happen very often.

Janky scrolling on plain text. Should not be happening (does not happen here in the Play app, for example). Phone is a Moto G7 power, mid-range phone.

App started playing annoying ad videos today. Volume very loud. Very embarrassing app - deleted it immediately. Do not recommend at all.

you need to fix this app. no full screen feature, and the app just stops working after about 10minutes. very disappointed.

You need a search bar at the beginning of your layout. It's very hard to find the story I am looking for or the weather.

I've become so frustrated with this app shutting constantly, so much so that you can't read any one article. Uninstalled

The design to move around could be better but overall its FAST, LOCAL, News.

KOIN-6 is the best local news in Portland. This app "keeps me cut in" wherever I go. Love the puch notifications.

Nothing but ads, no volumn most of the time. Absolutely worthless app.DELETE!!!

Really don't like the look of the latest version. The old one was simpler and easier to use.

ever since next star has put their fat nose in public television we seem to be paying for programming now and that is not the base of CBS they have to have live broadcast and available for free you can't just hell yeah we're going to have to charge you for those free stations now because we're Next Star goodbye CBS . somehow nexstar thanks they're no longer having to follow the rules because they're a big telecommunication company... it's called public television for a reason ... thumbs down💩

Its just ok at this point. Need news to help our older people on this covid-19 stuff and vaccines.
