it's pretty good so far, crashed once and sometimes can't figure out when i can't click on next, but otherwise ok 3/3/12 now it keeps crashing even after the update -- 30/5/22 dashboard, portfolio and future activity now gone from koinp2p .. frustrating.. WA support is frustrating too
After updating to the latest version, the user journey is more confusing than ever! Now I can't sort tenor or rate from highest to lowest in P2P. I don't think they did significant changes in UX flow other than changing the background to be more rounded. Please re-design your UX flow!
[12 Apr 2022] The app keeps throwing uninformative errors almost everywhere. "No Internet connection" keeps popping up while I have stable 70Mbps home FO Internet connection. It keeps throwing error while uploading KTP pic but suddenly it appears after skipping and taking selfie pic first. It keeps throwing error "please try again" when confirming purchase of KoinGold. Can't make the transaction at all. On latest app version, Android 11, Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Promo applied but no cashback received due to system error. Instead of checking the issue, customer service keeps insisting that the promo is not applied in the first place, which i am 100% sure I have. You better off talking to a rock than arguing with customer service of this app.
Very good P2P lending system, an excellent way to grow your assets. Virtually always-available and you can start with small amount. Not so good apps, especially the 'promotion' where you've fulfilled requirements but still can't apply the vouchers. Very bad assistance from CS. Can't apply your voucher? Live and let go. Don't waste your time reporting.
(case solved). when fill in the data required, there is country box (different address with ID Card) which cannot clicked-in, and when to pick state/district/sub-district need to click again the box to pull the keyboard (should be automatically show keyboard), this is very troublesome, pls fix it, thx. I have no issue to fill all the data required, what I mean is that your apps need to check, some box not functioning and need automatically shows keyboard when clicking in the box
Problem with this service is they don't show you how much loss you're tanking with failed loans. The UI is way too positive by just showing you how much you earn. Overtime I realised I keep taking loses from failed loans that doesn't show up anywhere in the app. Which is why I keep withdrawing money from this platform.
got a problem where i do funding where my money got debitted but got no portfolio and debitted money was gone to who knows where. already report it by phone, email, and whatsapp and its already 2 weeks still only got notification that my problem is still under checking. it wouldve been fine if i lose money because the borrower failed to pay, but to lose my money because of system bug is purely ridiculous.
Investing more money via this so-called super app? Hell no!!. I've been stuck here for 2 years but feels like forever. If you want to know whether you gain or loss on investment, or you really want full control of your money, I suggest you to skip this app. A spoiler for you, they will never give you update about their prove of actions for Non Performing Loan. Only avg 2% interest per month for about 20%-100% losses (Grade B to E risk), it's not worth it. Even 1 star rating is undeserved.
After the upgrade, the app just keep on crashing. 1. The first time I updated, although I have logged on before, it wouldnt load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it loads. But it's so slow. 2. The portofolio part ALWAYS cause the crash. 3. When I explored other pages, the loading is so slow. I wouldnt care to comment if it isn't that bad. But it is. I'd rather have an app with simple interface but quick rather than a slow "super" app. Please fix this issue.
27/07/2021 keyboard sucks, when entering amount the latout got switch a lot from numerical to alphabet. So typing 500 require pressing 6 buttons

Definitely a non friendly UI/UX Financial application. For a first timer like me it's really hard to navigate between each function. This apps just keep trying to give you positive vibes of how much money + interest you will earn when the lenders are not really performing (mine has been late for months). And of course i have read reviews from other user which when u give complaints they will only reply with a template. Do not try this apps! Definitely not recommended
first time trying this application and deposit some money by transfer via virtual account. but until 2x24 hours still not received. (after 3x24 hours finally im received my deposit)
The new update are : 1. Very unstable, crash frequently. 2. Design wise, some relevant information are hard to find / hidden within sub-section. e.g portfolio, activity, autobids required multiple button pressed. Some font are too big that they are only halfway visible. 3. Unable to view and sort payment status, e.g late payment, non payment.
Withdrawal taking 3-5 days.. too long compared another P2P, especially when the transfer done in online, absolutely should be faster
The new UI sucks and confusing, portfolio keep hanging all the time, I can't check how much total profit I make, only some percentage I don't know from where. Please provide the option to revert back to old interface. The new UI is confusing and not good. I'm in progress retracting my funding, you guys seriously hit the rock bottom.

I have been unable to install this app for the last two or three weeks and I already factory reset my Galaxy S21 phone. Now I have to log in through my wife's iphone just to withdraw my money
Your new look not user friendly. To cramp. Banner on every screen not helping at all. The term that you use is not common and tend to confusing. Hassle free loan is bad with hassle navigation. Please keep it lean and neat. It took me some times to figure out how to navigate. Improve your UX then I'll revise the rating.
Update...pleased with how they handle my withdrawal problem, first they send email several times after no response they contact me to confirm the problem after they send me the solution. The solution goes well without a hitch. i still have some investment left, becaus its a great app to do investment... it just became sucks when they upgrade the version...im using a MiA2 8 128 googleone version,Sadly these things should never happened when you're a financial app, especially a super one.
user can't delete their account and all voucher I got practically useless because I can't do anything about it. sorry but it's really disappointing.
UI's new version quite good. But bit confused to search information of my borrowers. Like, due date every single borrower. Now i only see per order if i see it in order history. In scheduled repayment,i only see the sum, i hope i can see the sum and the borrowers. In my opinion I like the old version one. More easy to navigate

It force me to Install the app because auto purchase has been moved into app. The experience with app so frustrated, lag and buggy everywhere, it need to forced closed when switching between feature. Don't understand why moved web feature into app feature while the app doesn't ready yet. Force user to install that app with super bad experience. Device Mi 6
this application still has bugs, several times, doing views or making transactions, the application responds for a long time then the screen turns black, then a message appears, in the end I prefer to close the application. please improve it again.
From my favorite app to my most hated. UI is highly unintuitive, very difficult to understand and it's clear there is no intention to ever fix it. When there was a server isssue, there was no transparency. The worst part is the Customer Support. Keeps on asking the same thing and doesn't help at all. I've never had to deal with a worse CS in my life.
