Easy to use and understand. Informative. An real urgent update to be able to purchase tickets with in the app.

Clear and effective design. Unfortunately buying ticket doesn't work, without giving any explanation. The button is just inactive. Looking around in the setting didn't reveal clues. Edit: No! There is no text and KD is listed as supported. I sent a screenshot to your support, unfortunately you have two typos. So sent it again now.

Was a great and useful app for traveling - for not IC trains. Fast search and buy a ticket with 3 clicks. Got much worse since last update. Tedious 3- step bank authentication - cuts the fast part. Also previous versions gave an option to download the ticket to your phone - now it sends an email and let's you 'show ticket' but when the train goes through a tunnel or sth so you're offline - ticket dissappears and you have no way to show the ticket without internet connection.

CONSTANT problems with payment processing since early February 2021. first, I start getting 8 digit sms codes for 13 PLN transactions, which is NOT ideal when I'm walking towards a train station. Then, the app doesn't even show the numerical only keyboard to enter the code, so I must enter it using the tiny top row number keys. Then, I get a "session expired" error right after I enter the sms codes within 30 seconds of receiving them. No "try again", no "payment successfully processed", NOTHING. Then, I get 3 (!) emails, each 1 minute apart, each saying I paid the 13 zlotys. Still unable to save a preferred route (preferred start and end points, preferred carriers), still unable to set the app to default to showing preferred carriers only.

Seriously, for me 5 stars. Quick, responsive, easy to plan a trip (even for planning a trip from Lower Silesia to Międzyzdroje, avoiding those retro-no-air-conditioning-Intercity-trains). And if You want to avoid standing in lines to ticket booths, nervously thinking if You will make it till train arrives, there's also a way for You - an electronic ticket system, which works perfectly (so many options to pay for the ticket), you just have to show this app's screen with a QR code when time comes.

Until now I cannot buy tickets this apps, I have 50zloty in my account, always says you cannot buy ticket in this carrier yet ,All the time...

excellent app for booking your train tickets in Poland, particularly practical when you're travelling and can book at the very last minute. communication and follow up is fantastic and you can easily link your preferred credit card for payment (in my case, Revolut). simply great!

Update: added English language. Best app to look for train timings in Poland if you are a foreigner. User interface is also excellent and you have an option to purchase the tickets via the app.

Very usefull application except that the monthly ticket is valid for a particular company only. With paper ticket you can travel the line with any company. This makes no sense to me and the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Doesn't work. There is constant error about discount information, and always shows "No Price", no matter what. EDIT: I'm app, web developer. There is nothing to explain. Doesn't work, and that's it.

2020 and yet I can't change the email address.. also there is no email verification when creating the account... one big joke... also latest update doesn't work on Samsung s7... I have this phone 4 years now and this is a very first app that crashed after upgrade... o m g, stop hiring developers in Malaysia

Brilliant app, I come home once a year and I rarely use the Great Polish Railways ;) but when I do I always use Koleo app. It helped me plan my journey from Berlin to my lovely home town. I just wish more people would use the trains in Poland. Its a wicked experience. Pozdrawiam

Best UI out of all railroad trips apps. Intuitive and responsive, tough lately I've had problems with loading my passengersm

After installation I put all my personal data chose trip and every time I try to pay the ticket I got message that my data is wrong. Tried multiply times no success.

I struggled with such a lower rating because app is so well designed and runs smoothly, but I can't use it everytime I travel:( Do you plan to implement selling tickets from IC or Koleje Śląskie?

Great app, support team very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if it would be possible to buy IC tickets also :)

With the update became more stable and visually appealing. Simple and working.

App is very intuitive. Great customer service. Mr Sławek from helpdesk is very helpful, polite and friendly.

Based on the super nice customer help desk and the app itself I must humorously admit that this app is one of the reasons 2020 is worth living.

It would have been perfect if I could buy intercity ticket directly from the app.

Its an amazingly helpful app but it would be even better if we could purchase through it or would be redirect to the official websites to do so

best app and user interface. would be nice to add future purchases from other carriers in the future

The only disadvantage is that you cannot buy a ticket for the IC trains, otherwise makes my life so much easier!
