Literally doesn't work. It will open, and let me make an account, but won't connect to the toothbrush.
Terrible! App can never tell when I'm actually brushing my teeth correctly
app no longer connects to my toothbrush and keeps crashing.
12/12/2018 - Once again, since the latest update all data have vanished and the app crashes constantly. Need to logout and login again to restore data and to link toothbrush again. Inconvenient.
Intermittent connectivity for 2 weeks. Then nothing. Low quality brush and software.
While the concept is great, the app is inconsistent. I am unable to connect with my brush for extended periods of time which is irritating. If the connectivity were better I would rate it better because when it works it is good.
The bluetooth sync between the toothbrush and the app is spotty at best.
Love I when and if it works. Most of the time all four of my toothbrushes won't connect. That's a lot of money for it to not work... Very unfortunate
The functionalities are nice. However it disconnects permanently with the brush..

The app crashes before I can even create an account, so I cannot use the app with the toothbrush. Any idea what's going on? I'd like top actually use the toothbrush for what I bought it for rather than just having a super expensive basic toothbrush
The coach option is great. The little kid game mode jumps around to much to actually accomplish any real cleaning.
Level 4 has serious issues. The guy just jumps around all over the place, and doesn't respond to the toothbrush at all. I'm brushing exactly where it tells me to, and he doesn't respond at all.
Great for motivation and use the coach a lot
Difficult to change the length of time you want to brush for. Could do with a two-second gap to allow you to change the position of the brush. With a single user, the 'rewards' are meaningless, as they just keep adding up over time, and there's no comparison to previous results, or goals to aim for, or anything.
Doesn't work most of the time
With latest version, it immediately crashes after launching on both my and my wife's phones.
Difficult to brush PRECISELY the way the Coach wants me to. Instructions unclear. Support responds... eventually... after several days or weeks.
Forces to create new profile but the app just hangs while creating new profile. Lost all previous progress.
Don't bother with this app if you don't have the toothbrush to go with it.
Cannot get it to reconnect to my toothbrush and the constant notification on Android 8 is a deal breaker for something I maybe can use twice a day.
Keeps running in the background unless force stopped as i keep having the permanent notification which says so.
