Kolkata Metro

None of use. Every single time slot given is wrong. Well it's not fault of this App but The Kolkata Metro itself. Every second metro is cancelled from Source station (Kavi Subhash). I see it every single day. It should be renamed from Kolkata Metro to Kolkata Government Local Railway. Even the local train has more accuracy w.r.t Metro 🤣🤣 The First Metro City in India. LOL

Nice app. Always keep us updated with required information. Only, too much add is boring.

A good for nothing. You can't recharge here and also they stopped the recharge facility from the website. What a joke Kolkata metro.

Update is not proper. In the notification it says 1 thing and in the app it is another. People r bound to get confused. Please update regularly the train timings.

Confusing App which is not updated with the correct train timings nowadays, specially at morning time while going to office and at night at while.coming back from office. I had given a feedback via email on 8March2021 but that is not responded yet. The issue is same till now. Also to add here, as and when the extended route upto Dakshineswar had started, it seems that they have messed it up since then in terms of timings, as per my understanding.

This app is quite informative but it doesn't allow you to recharge the metro card although there is an option for the same. The site through which the metro card can be recharged never opens. Also it would be really helpful if they make some arrangements for clearing certain doubts of people wishing to travel through metro.

Worthless app! So many glitches and bugs! Cannot check smart card balance or recharge! What's the use of it ?!

Haven't seen any major changes tbh even after sending feedback to developer's email ID upon their request. 1) Annoying ads are still coming. 2) No separate tab for fare as earlier versions before the colour of app logo changed. The developer must understand that 'About Metro' tab is absolutely needless as we the commuters are not interested in the history of metro or who is running the organization.

I have few suggestions for the app. 1. App should be made more standalone like to generate e-pass and recharging smart card it's always redirecting it to a webpage. 2. While generating e-pass there must be a question number of people to be admitted. Like if Me and my father wants to take metro then I can generate e-pass of 2 people on one device only. 3. It would be better if you can made it available the expiry date of my smart card balance and last few rides I have taken.

The new UI is great & The gate infos are really helpful.. There's a small bug I noticed that after selecting Timings you can't go back to the main menu.. it keeps looping between source n destination selection page.

It's a waste of some precious 4mb becoz it's of no use it doesn't show real time and has some info which is easily available inside the station.i feel they should try to make an app where we can recharge our smart cards.also clicking the more info option u will find nothing but page unavailable.

Bogus app.no use of the app you can't even buy a ticket online.no QR code facility as promised to travel in metro.in fact no use of the app.other state metros are far better.

good, but scope of improvement is there. While in search for 'train timing' option, swap facility between the chosen 2 stations may be incorporated. It will facilitate easy search for return train timings.

Kindly update the timings. Poor app management from the authority.

The app was working fine but recently I am seeing that given timings are not matching with the actual metro schedule in many cases. You need to update your database with latest changes in timing.

Overall a good app.... Just waana ask plzz make it compatible with Android 12 Edit- Thanx dev now it's working.

Tons of add and no option to generate ticket

Worst experience. Kolkata metro is oldest metro in India still digitalization is far away from them.. they created app but can't recharge your card through this app, can't check balance of your card and worst part is that this app is full of advertisement. Unexpected from Kolkata metro. Please increase your level.

smart card recharge should be inside this app only, not by other website

Misleading passengers every day now. Don't have notify anything if you're unsure. This is counter productive and unhelpful. And please remove the metro helpline number from there, unless someone going to pick up.

Payment gateway should be powerful. I tried to recharge from app. The amount got debited but card was not recharged. There are no ui that shows payment status or current balance of the card. And there is no assistance portal where the dispute could be raised. This is monetory issue need to be addressed ASAP.

Usefullness of this app is not understood. Is it made just to redirect to other websites like metrorailway website for recharge or pathadisha/metro website for epass. Just liase with metro authorities, so that the task of the website may be carried out in the app itself. Also few more improvement required to be incorporated such as balance enquiry, epass for atleast 2 persons at a time.

Very useful app. But having trouble with metro timing since 10-feb-2020, noapara metro was comeing before schedule time daily.. may need to update the updated timing.. please help with this..

"You have nothing of informational value on this app. Any click leads trip something went wrong." In response to above the developers quickly set the app right and made it functional. Good job. Everything is ok now.

previously the search train option was not working correctly. but now since there is a list of available stations its more easier than to search from map. GREAT WORK BY THE TEAM.

East-west metro timing is not working... Every time I tries to check the east-west metro timing, every time the app get crashed... North-south timing is okay... But there is a problem with this new east-west metro timing... Please fix this ASAP...

So many weird ads makes this app a pain to use. The app is very functional and would be 10k times better without those distracting ads.

They are stealing people's money. I recharged of worth Rs 100 on 6th Feb, confirmation sms came but no balance was reflect in my card. There is no way to complain, if you mail at the feedback section they won't relpy. Don't ever try to recharge through this app , it will do nothing but redirecting you to the official website of metro and after this whole complexity you will have nothing.

disgusting app .. because of this app i missed my train so many times. you should have made this app when you are confident that you can maintain it well. every holiday its showing normal time table, where as train is not regular. its a shame at your service. we common people laugh at your service.

Unable to cancel a generated e-pass. In many cases the planned journey may be postponed, then the cancellation provision may benefit another person to take the facility of the life line of the city. Thank you.
