If this app was made wisely, it would have been better if you logged in If the Security Question asks you it's always hard to remember. Instead of setting up any system you need to follow a good banking service.It is very bad that our bank stops behind when the other bank stands out, so developers think well and build a better app. All other banking applications provide good service and services but this does not, and every time, goes bad, We hope that your service will be improved immediately

Worst banking app I have ever seen it work monthly once or twice 😬 not able to login. always shows connection not secure

Very very very poor app, I don't understand who is handling this app, most of the time it's stops working, from last one week I am facing same problem I call to bank but i not get an proper reply from them. Please don't download this app.. They are making banking most horrible

Some time login must be difficult and some bugs when we sent money sometimes we cant click to the bank account

Total waste .they asking security questions.but it showing not matching.there is no other options for login.

I forgot the security question and unable to login . Its difficult to remember or maybe I made a typing mistake while answering the security question. Is there a way I can login

Always asking security questions which i forget im unable to login to my account due to this.

Please allow the user to add on benficiaries details and save these details for further use in future. And add on more features for the users.

Didnt have the option to make payment to loan accounts

Please add a option for 3month bank statement and download

If you forget security question you cant do anything moreover why dcb kollam not listed in gpay or phonepay.

Its not usefull and secure

This app has to be upgraded
