Extremely ugly and impractical design. Hard on the eyes. A huge step down from the kombank app before NLB was added. Please at least give us an option to bring back the old purple color scheme.
App UI looks like it's never been updated, the whole app is glitchy and hard to navigate full of bugs.
After KomBank and NLB merging my app is missing some options, that I should have, considering that I own a Visa card. The whole app is just full of balance inquiries and nothing more.

Terible user experience, as people already mentioned its imposible to send the messa ge and respond to questions for more info. Usability is 0 because the option to scan IPS code and pay the bills is not even showing in the payment menu. Would give it 0 score but google does not measure that low
I cannot send messages from the application. It is not possible to choose the subject. And if I just write something and click on SEND it closes app.
This app is very good for all clients, design is good, running fluid but app doesn't sync my money value after paying. I must exit and again run app. KOMePAY digital card features doesn't works always. Also, could you please add better support for Samsung DeX platform (design for app). I think that it will be important features for business clients who using Samsung products. Thank you in advance!
Very bad solution. Web version 2.0 is much more efficient, faster, user friendly. Instead of making something better, this app is actually worse as the time pass...
They definitely deserve a 0 (zero) starts, but unfortunately this is not possible. First of all, there is no way to access your ebank account via browser from a cell phone, it just not possible. Instead of it, the Bank is forcing you to use this app which you cannot activate from the cell phone (make sense, doesn't it?!)! You must have a laptop (?!) or even worse, you should go to a bank! At the end, you will pay monthly fee to this group of ignorant's.
I'm not able to make internal transaction to pripaid card.
Can I use this application for international transactions?
I do not get why there is so.much hate for the app. Its functionalities are easy to use and the overview is great. 4 stars only as I do not like the design, but thats just my preference.
I expected to simply log into my account using the web interface in the browser. Instead, I am forced to install this app that requires an "activation code" before I can use it. Unusable without prior preparations.
Not convenient, not intelligent, too complicated, too confusing! Old 2 Web was much, much better-simpler!!!
Have a problem with starting the app. Infinitive loading is present. I have now Samsung A50 same problem as for Honor 8 lite- infinitive loading. Are u guys normal!!!?
This is embarrassing how much time need to start application. More then a half year since problem started and nobody want to fix.
There is no option to use the application on my phone to pay using my Visa card, all other bank have the option to use your phone to pay..
App is crashing constantly after upgrade and some key featers don't work (e.g credit section)
On last days in month it's impossibile to pay something with out an error. And you wait like 7 days on bank to get there business in order so the money can came through.
I don't want to use this app I just want to login from my phone the same way like I use it on my computer! I hate this.

The app is alright... when it actually works. And absolutely unusable when it doesn't, which is too often. A lot of times when I try to get into my account I either get an endless loading circle which never finishes loading, a message that says "Service currently unavailable, try again later" or literally nothing happens when I enter my pin and hit enter. It's absolutely unacceptable that a bank your size cannot make a functional app and instead locks its users out of their own bank accounts.
