Kombank mBank is a service of Komercijalna banka that enables you to perform all the financial transactions via your mobile phone at any time and place, fast, easy and safe.The service is available 24 hours, seven days a week and all you need to have is mobile phone and internet connection.
Kombank mBank service offers you the following options:• To check the balance and turnover on your current accounts, your RSD and foreign currency savings accounts, securities accounts and your payment cards• To perform all types of cashless transactions, create payment order with forward value date and to withdraw such order up to the very value date• To purchase/sell foreign currencies • To have available the overview of exchange rates, currency calculator and market exchange rate list• To find the nearest ATM, as well as the Bank’s branch in relation to user’s current location

Apart from the basic functionalities, mBank service offers the following innovative functionalities: • To have available the overview of statements for your current accounts and payment cards, as well as the option of sending the selected statement to the reported e-mail address • To create a new order by copying the orders from the archive, as well as the option to filter the archive of orders by channel (web/mBank), description, amount...• The ability to create internal transfer and the possibility of recall• To check the balance and transactions on your payment cards• To obtain the summary overview of fixed term savings accounts• To make transfers between all types of accounts/cards with respect to which the user is the authorized person/owner• To get the overview of unrealized cheques• To check all the loans that have been granted to the client by the Bank with all the supporting details• To top up the prepaid credit balance on mobile phone with all 3 mobile operators• To receive messages/notifications from the Bank, and to send the messages to the Bank

Note: After the initial app download you will need an activation code which you can get in the nearest branch of the Bank or, if you are already using Web E-bank service, you can initiate sending the activation code yourself within the current Setup on your web user account. The application will be placed in the default location for applications on your phone and you start the app by entering the same initial activation code that you received in text message. After the initial activation of the service, you define your PIN code for each next log in to the application.

KOMeKEŠ allows the clients who are private individuals to send and receive money via mobile phone simply and easily, from any place in the country and abroad where there is an internet connection, as well as to withdraw the forwarded money every day of the year, from 00.00 to 24.00 hours at all Komercijalna banka’s ATMs in the Republic of Serbia.Advantages and benefits of using KOMeKEŠ service within Kombank application:

• KOMeKEŠ allows all users of Komercijalna banka’s mobile application to send money via mobile phone from anywhere inside or outside the country where there is an Internet connection• money can be sent to all persons from your phone book who have a telephone number registered with one of the three mobile operators in the Republic of Serbia by simply choosing the person from your phone book or entering a correct phone number• the recipient of money does not need to have an account opened with any bank• to withdraw the money from an ATM, all you need is a mobile phone to receive the codes for withdrawing the money, in the form of an sms• the money is immediately available at the nearest Kombank ATM and can be withdrawn within the next 48 hours

The app is alright... when it actually works. And absolutely unusable when it doesn't, which is too often. A lot of times when I try to get into my account I either get an endless loading circle which never finishes loading, a message that says "Service currently unavailable, try again later" or literally nothing happens when I enter my pin and hit enter. It's absolutely unacceptable that a bank your size cannot make a functional app and instead locks its users out of their own bank accounts.

Terible user experience, as people already mentioned its imposible to send the messa ge and respond to questions for more info. Usability is 0 because the option to scan IPS code and pay the bills is not even showing in the payment menu. Would give it 0 score but google does not measure that low

This app is very good for all clients, design is good, running fluid but app doesn't sync my money value after paying. I must exit and again run app. KOMePAY digital card features doesn't works always. Also, could you please add better support for Samsung DeX platform (design for app). I think that it will be important features for business clients who using Samsung products. Thank you in advance!

They definitely deserve a 0 (zero) starts, but unfortunately this is not possible. First of all, there is no way to access your ebank account via browser from a cell phone, it just not possible. Instead of it, the Bank is forcing you to use this app which you cannot activate from the cell phone (make sense, doesn't it?!)! You must have a laptop (?!) or even worse, you should go to a bank! At the end, you will pay monthly fee to this group of ignorant's.
