Very poor and unprofessional staff and services. They will talk to you until you gave money to them , after that they dont give their services. You are going to waste lot of time and money if kone eleveator is purchased.

Does not install.No place to sign in to create an account.
Useless app. Our society subscribed to the 24x7 CS and paid real money to Kone for it. The app does not show what happens to ghe complainys and rectification done by Kone. Wish we hadnt subscriebed to the service.
