Seamless. The first online market place I patronised. Made me believe online shopping wasn't a scam then lol. Update: Konga app will frustrate you beware! To search for an item using the filter option is always a mistake don't even try to refresh you'll only end up frustrated. I believe they know about this issue cause many users have complained about it but they neglect it in their updates. Talk of the customer care? Something else. You guys should improve the competition is high. Thanks.
Used to be one of the most reliable apps. But not anymore, it's now a disaster of a website and an app. I viewed a product but didn't order it, next thing I was told it had been shipped and now ready to be delivered. I picked a Warri pickup point for another product and saw Lagos as delivery address. It's painful to shop with Konga in 2022
My experience with konga right from day 1 is simply terrible and frustrating, both with App and packaging. I've never ordered an item and got exactly what i ordered for. Infact, i'm tired of returning items. Even the Apps, requsting for updates almost every week with their frustrating features. I think it's high time i took a break with konga. It wasn't nice doing business with you guys... 🤕🙄🤕
Certain issues (or bugs) have remained unfixed for like how long now, years? The banners on the top of the home screen are not clickable, neither are sponsored products under some single products. And what is filter minimum price? 3 stars for good delivery experience time and time again.
Please can you guys stop asking me to update every now and then and then after updating, I won't find anything new? This is very annoying and I might stop using the app for this. Updating should be made optional, I expect to see a cancel or ok button but konga will only have ok button making it seem like it's a MUST to update. This is very frustrating!!!!
Worst Experience. Tried using the web version to place some items on Jumia. The first problem I encountered was, incorrect password or email address even though I have entered the correct information. I would have to click login like 3 times for me to access the website. After the first hassle of trying to login. Adding cart and placing order is ridiculously stressful. It will keep showing no items in cart or automatically increases your cart items by 2. There's too much bug on this website.
The app is not working, whenever i tried, it closes by itself even after upgrading to new version, this days whenever an item is added to my cart, I couldn't complete order payment, it's always invalid address. Which I have been using for long and I have been complaining to customer care about this issue over a year now and it hasn't been corrected. U have to pay to konga and call customer care to help confirm payment into ur wallet, later call customer care to place order on your behalf.
Nearly everything is wrong with this app..... You can search for what you're looking for comfortably... Once you try to filter it keeps taking you to the start of your search .... Sometimes you search and when you try to view an item it's not gonna losd up... Too many things I can't put them all here ....... It needs to be fixed cause I can't even place an order with all of this
Nice, but please put back the prices at the items on the cart. It makes shopping and evaluation of prices easier. I didn't see any need for this update, wish I can reverse to the former. Put back the prices at the items on the cart. Thanks
If you are a seller on this app, pls find somewhere else to sell, I have been trying to order on this app for more than 3 days now but this app will not process my order, very useless and frustrating app. This nonsense app can not do anything at all, just there for nothing, u can't view ur save items without error, u can't process ur orders without error, this app is just useless dey keep crashing every day and they are doing nothing about. Konga keeps getting useless every day by day.
This is the first app I'm reviewing. It is just a piece of rubbish. You can't even login into the app it's only for viewing products. I had previously downloaded before but uninstalled for same reason, you can't login in to place order or do anything else. So bad!
The only good thing about it is fast delivery. Searching and filtering is a nightmare. Also selected items are swapped with others (this part is annoying),why pick what i didn't select. The app needs to be reviewed. Customer care isn't available 24/7. Back button refreshes the search. Kindly look into all these to make purchasing easier and sweeter
This is the most stupid application that I've ever used. I placed an order 4 days ago and I received a notification at 4pm to call some numbers so that I can be able to collect the order. The numbers were not going through... After being stuck in the traffic for the whole evening I forgot to call back because of exhaustion all for me to receive another notification that my order I cancelled... I will NEVER EVER patronize Konga.
Good store with wide variety of items. Delivery is usually quick too. However, there are too many bugs as well as error messages that show up while using the app particularly at check out. Also, when the delivery is late, most likely don't expect it ever.
Its great shopping with Konga but the app Plagued with inefficiency! Search and filter is woeful❌ app randomly crashes ❌ Most annoying one is the app refuses to function after asking me to update...I have updated and even deleted and reinstalled the app yet its still asking me to update app. Horrible, substandard and irritating!
Seriously I don't know why your app still feels like an unfinished high school project. Word of advice, it's not that hard to make your app simply a shortcut to your website. I know it probably is, but browsing the KONGA app is not like browsing the website through Opera mini or any other browser. Also even the website isn't that great, if I'm searching for flash drives and I use the filter to specify that I want a low to high arrangement, I start seeing unrelated content.
I initiated a return for a low quality item I bought at premium price on this platform. Konga refused to send it's vendor or representative to pick up this item. The terrible thing is, it was a gift for someone. I was laughed at and humiliated. I expressed my disappointment to their customer service, they requested for picture evidence which was provided. This happened in March, till today, nothing was done about it and they are forcing me to keep said product.
(zero star) This is the worst service, you order for a furniture and they don't tell you that kings does not fulfil furniture orders, then you get a call from the merchant that there is another delivery fee which was not stated on the item when ordering, now you want to cancel, you can't and when you call them, they tell you, we will contact you before the end of the day and no one calls. This is not a service people should work with JUMIA is a lot better and more professional than these guys.
Very poor experience. The app isn't User friendly, poor network, carting of items not picked by the app. In clear terms, I detest using it

It was going well, I shop almost every week. Since I updated the app it's been all sort of Nonsence. No option of paying on delivery anymore. I can't even click on the item and like except I close the app totally and come back again. I do this every time I have an item to click. Really bad.
