This is not fair at all! I have submitted all the required documents by this Kongapay yet my account is still on limit. Even I can not withdraw my sales money in Kongapay wallet more than ₦2,000. Please Konga should pay my sales money directly to my account. This app is not ok at all.

Hello! Please, I want to upgrade my account to Konga Classic but each time I uploaded my details as requested, the next thing will be 'something went wrong' pop-up! Why?
Okay. I filled all my details. Got to the OTP page. Requested an OTP which was sent successfully. I entered the OTP but then got an error message saying that pin field is required, error in authentication. The problem is it's there! I imputed the pin and am looking at it!
This app should be binned as a whole. Absolute was of time. Please don't bother downloading it

This app is presently more of a scam. I was debited with the promise of returning the money after account verification instead a mail of account credit was sent to me without any such credit to my account. I wish to score zero.
This KongaPay is a complete scam. Don't ever use it for transfer or else your money will vanish into thin air. Worst of it, I have been calling their customer service, they just keep wasting my airtime. I regreted using it for transfer. Where other pay apps are giving 3-5% discount on airtime purchase, this scamming people are giving 1%. You do not deserve even one star.
Worst app ever, put my card and got debited and without a refund and card still didn't reflect, twice, lost #200 and that's very annoying. Tried reaching out to customer care but to no avail, email link couldn't open. Why do I feel like ya'll scamming people? And my BVN is linked already, let nothing happen to my money o, if not na balawo I go call for all of una😡😡
Kongapay team, should as a matter of urgency rectify the non-remittance of funds, transferred to one's wallet. It's seriously hampering doing business with you guys. On different occasions, i have transferred money from my account via my bank's mobile app to my kongapay wallet, but wasn't credited. I have to start calling their customer service and my bank's customer service as well. Then i will be asked to exercise patience for three working days before my wallet will be credited. That's bad
I credited my account now I wanted to buy airtime of #100 i was debited but didn't receive payment on my glo sim, so I tried buying data worth of #100 didn't go, so I tried transferring cash to my acc...App stopped working... This app is completely useless and a scam😠😠😠 please don't download it. Konga should better credit my account back and refund my money.
One of the most useless app on play store I ordered something then it was time to pay I decided to add this useless app , then they said I should a a mode of payment i added my card and was debited for inputting the card, but the card was not showing I did it again and they debited me again and the card didnt still show. Very useless app.

Great App though! But i seriously wish you can also add Startimes Subscription and utility/electricity bill payment to your service. And again you advertised 5% discount on all transaction but sorry to say thats not true! why are you trading your integrity with lies?
Misleading Just to lure unsuspeected Users about the commission the give on Airtime Recharge and Dstv Subscription paymemt. They advertised a 5% discount on the above payments but in actual fact it just 1% that they give. I have tried it and got disappointed and felt misled. Nice app it is though.
These app is just so useless and a complete scam. Transferred #3000 to my Opay account and I have been debited but the transfer did not enter my Opay about. Wonder where it disappears too,also bought 9mobile time, on the app it is successful but since the strike is yet to enter. Can you people just refund my money please
This app is a total scam,i funded my wallet with 2000 which i didnt end up using and till today i havent gotten my money back,whenever i try sending it gives me a message that unfortunatly app has stopped" so frustrating!! Total scam
without my consent a debit of about 2500naira was pending without me receiving any form of OTP now my bank kept me on hold,worst part is the transaction was from your app but in your app you didn't record it.please refund my 3000 and not 2500 cause my balance won't be proper on that note thanks
The kongapay crashes all the time and the konga market app log you out or exit by itself. It's really annoying and frustrating 😔

This app is bad after i created my account i cant even log in to my account it keeps saying invalid log in credentials and ive tried resetting d pin but it keeps saying cant find account
I used it to fund a bet account, it showed successful but the customer's account was not funded and the money was not reversed back to me.

It's a simple to use App for payment. I use it for Airtime purchase, DSTV, Phcn etc.
i download this app with one faith that it will go smooth, but reverse is the case. on KYC reg on the app my photo cant be save, it's throwing error the pix is to large. the developer of this app need to do more. this issue dont happen when i use other app eg OPAY
