Konnect by HBL

I am not able log in more than once in a day as log in screen doesn't pop up. Further pin put in screen takes a lot of time for confirmation of transaction. Seems your application is not compatible with android 12 upgrade.

I am not able to register myself because the interface says nadra details are not complete 419. Even though I have entered everything. Whenever I try to scan the cnic. The screen goes black, I have given the permission of camera too.

After a a lot of efforts, my account is opened. I ordered Debit Card. After receiving card, its a big challenge to activate it. I am trying again and again but unsuccessful. Their customer helpline is worst ever. I don't know how HBL is operating in this information technology age.

This is one of the best app, easy to transfer money everywhere and to pay any bill in time . One suggestion i would like to forward to the concerned that offline (without internet ) facility for transaction same as easypaisa may kindly be introduced to facilitate offline customers .

Beware Theft of Money: The app deduct money from account even on selection of wrong network during mobile recharging attempts but does not give a chance to rectify it or send that load to the destination number by correcting its network automatically. A real blunder from the developing point of view. I lost a huge amount of money in this regard.

When I cash in from my HBL its says unable to comunicate with server but funds had been transferred. Since a year facing this issue. Every time it comes. It should be transection successful but an error comes every time when you go for any transection

Worst ever app even i have called them more than 4 times but didn't resolved my issue. even i have wait for 2 months after account deletion for changing my number but after 2 months i am not able to create account on my another new number so i have to create account again on my last previous number but this time my biometric is also not happening from any konnect agent. 😠 Worst ever app.

Very good app . Solved all my online payments problems. Only one problem right now I don't know why Daraz app stopped this facility of payment through HBL. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because most of the women shopping online through Daraz. Otherwise I m fully satisfied and highly recommend this app.

Worst online banking app ever.. they should tell the user before doing transaction that your account is not biometrical verified rather than after doing transaction,more over the wallet is showing RS 0 after the top up.. whenever i called the help line the always tell that first you have to verified your account through biometric and i tried two to three times through agent he tries and always says that there is system error in konnecct👎👎

Daily and monthly debit and credit limit is very low . 50000 daily and 2 lakh monthly is very low limit. I think there should be no credit limit in this app . It's an HBL not small bank. So please extend the limit values as soon as possible. I am facing much problem due to low limit values.

One of the best banking app. Easy to use with multiple transaction options. works very smooth without any lagging.

The otp is disguisting when if have not logged into app for 7 days.After 7 days it wants to receive otp.My sim is outside the phone then I have to insurt sim to my phone and then I can use app.Plz remove the account edit option and if someone cannot login to app for 7 days plz do not send otp.

Very worst app I'm performing a transaction to another bank but the OTP for the transaction didn't come. I repeat the the process many times but all in vain.

Worst service ever I've seen, I transferred some amount to thorough konnect to easypaisa, I didn't get any confirmation msg even though amount deducted from my account and haven't received yet in easypaisa after 3 hours, then I tried to call helpline, they wasted my almost 20 minutes by transferring call to related representative, after that they just only said you need to wait for 24 hours due to system maintenance.

Waste of time, There is no option of transaction history, Useless and Trash UI, Sadapay is a much better alternative to this piece of trash.

Dont know what's all the hate about. I love Konnect, it's a really good and reliable app. However, i did have trouble upgrading my account through HBL ATM.

I've very bad experience with this application , I try to so many times to open account but I dosent received OPT , this is very bad application . Don't try to anyone to open account in this Konnect application , ..

A wonderful app turned into pathetic! What's the point of adding stuff that you can't handle? The OTP doesn't reach... Only the sms that "an OTP has been resent to your registered mobile number, please a few moment" reaches....if the issue is with mobile network, that msg shouldn't come as well... So clearly it is an error on your side in sending OTP.... Definitely turned into a useless app for making urgent payments.

Not trustfull app. App has to many bugs use it at own risk. Payments not delivered... Bill not paid .... Complains not resolved many times calling on helpline but all in vain.

Waste of time, very bad services. Also my account not open because it say's your account is screened and it takes 48 hours and it almost 2 months passed and I am not able to open my account...

I AM USING THIS APP FROM A LONG TIME,IT WAS GOOD BUT NOW I AM TRYING TO CONNECT MY ACCOUNT BUT FACING PROBLEM TO RECEIVE OTP WITHIN THE LIMITED TIME. I.E 30 SECONDS. BAD EXPERIENCE FROM FEW DAYS

I downloaded this app twice, still unable to proceed ahead from the registration pipeline, did not even receive otp on my mobile number after multiple attempts! Poor

Please help ! I was trying to send money but app is closing. I can do any thing but send money option not working. I have made raast id but still can't send money.

I am facing very issue for sending payment on bank account an error occur this transaction can't process at this moment please try again later when I tried to send money after some same this error occur.

I am sure about my internet connectivity, only this application is not working, the customer service people has no other way to fix the prob than asking me to check my internet. Youtube, browsing, emails, everything else is working. I can sense the level ineffectiveness and incompetence here.

Useless. Could not pay my challan of 10 rupees. It said amount isn't within limit, LOL. Why does it matter if I pay 10 lakh or 10 rupees? Moreover, the support staff at Twitter is also useless, always saying to call helpline and waste balance of hundreds of rupees. Don't why I even had any hope from it. Uh Wanted to rate 1 star honestly.

Hi Team! I've subscribed the bundle from konnect app for Jazz "Mahana Bachat Offer" in Rs 138/- , but i didn't received any kind of confirmation message, balance is deducted also, bundle not subscribed. First of , pay me back my amount in my HBL wallet, and the second thing is that, if there is no option to subscribe any bundle then remove this section from the application, it's just annoying. Thank you..

The app opens i'm getting an error. Unable y to open the app. Plz fix this app so it can be easy for us to pay online.

as i approached to this app recently i felt better experienced with it , what a nice app specially for billing and returning of loan payments i recommend it and i appreciate at the highest level to HBL for launching such a great app.
