Uninstalling ASAP, after using it for years!! Seriously?! One account connected per cloud storage. Only found out because I had to remove 2 accounts, because of some weird bug that kept showing them as empty. Like everyone is in the position to pay.
Service and sync speeds are great. Achieved end-to-end encryption with cryptomator! Would be perfect if we could do 2 way sync for offline files.
*UGLIEST CLOUD STORAGE APP EVER TO EXIST* it's borderline basicness gives me a bad taste everytime i use it, i mean don't get me wrong the service is reliable and nothing's wrong with it, but god the app is ugly!! You feel like they never ever had put any effort to make the UI at all. I'm a premium user but to be honest I can't ignore this anymore. 🚶🏻♂️🥀
I liked it. It is fast and wonderful in synchronization And the most beautiful thing is that you can synchronize with the rest of the cloud services such as Google, OneDrive, Dropbox, and others, but there are some problems with the desktop application in synchronization. I hope that you update the Android application to dark mode and hope that the encryption and zero knowledge is set and one last thing I cannot empty the recycle bin from the phone applications. App could be faster and desperately needs a media folder inclusion setting instead of exclusion. Why ? Because it just tried to backup my entire OTG-drive on connection! Plus the UI needs an upgrade from the bare bones look it currently has. App also needs the ability to re-upload modified media files, like an annotated screenshot. And it's missing folder uploads.
A good experience overall, it would be nice to have the same settings as the website does, like enabling 2-factor authentication and changing your password.
Ultra best please give more free storage to the free storage for my books please every year more space to the free storage if you can

Nice interface, affordable cloud storage. Supports rclone, which is very important to me. I've been using it since 2019.
I don't see any opportunities to check for the same file to be deleted. Meaning if I make a mistake and have multiple copies I have to find it, why isn't this available
I don't see the point of this app. Sure, it shows a list of your folders and files but to read any you have to download them. You might just as well pin the web page to your start screen, where you can read any of your files immediately without them being downloaded first, and if you do want to download any the facility is there on the site.
I have bought some cloud space and for my requirements it's a great option
Excellent. I'm using as an alternative to Google photos to automatically upload my camera. Only feature that is missing is an option to delete already uploaded images (Google Photos has this called "Free up space"). Come on, copy this feature from them and implement into koofr. A+. Thx!
Excellent app, the only problem I face is that there is no option to set the newly taken pictures to upload when the phone is charging, it's abit annoying to keep on having to cancel the upload, in the next update if could please try to look into this matter hence the 4 star review. Thanks
Not too good. Everything is dumped into the My Android Media folder. What a mess and impossible to find a file. Can you please put them in the respective folders from where they are found in the phone, please. Thanks.
Please redesign the app for easier use. Add a customize colors for folder, Maybe the first page when we enter the app it is suppose to be all the folder or files. Pin or Fingerprint option. And, dark mode, please. And fyi, i am a paid user, so... sorry if i am complaining about this app so much. Thank you...
Insists in uploading everything.. All types of files! I only want it to upload photos and now it's filling all my space with videos and I cannot stop this from happening. Do not install it or your extremely small space of 2Gb is a joke that will get full very fast!
design and colour is attractive. I realized a slower upload speed compared to box cloud. and talking about the android app, there is no option for securing the app by a key like in box app for android. else looks fine for me.
Pretty good but could be better.. If you guys could atleast make a built in video play and pdf viewer so that we wouldnt have to download everything, i think you would attract more people, kinda like the mega app. This would be a total game changer.
Could you please bring support for HEIC Photo, H.265 video and increase App Speed. Video playback needs to support h.265, android app is much slower comparing to the all other platforms eg. Windows and iOS. But still a reliable service overall.
Was thinking of giving this a try before buying, but seems it is not working properly. After linking onedrive, tried copying 1.5 GB of documents folder from onedrive but it only copied few sub-folders and stopped. Will try later again may be with desktop app.

Amazing speed and clean interface. Although the upload speed isn't that fast, it is secure and when your files are stored, the download speed is fast.
"The Best Cloud Storage" my a**! No way to specify exactly what to backup andmore importantly where to store them. Also 2GB is laughable and no way I'm going through hoops just to get measly 500MB per invite. Adding insult to injury, this stupid app doesn't understand screen rotation, it's fixed into a single position.

Very poor application and interface not working properly always stucking and not uploading my photos, files and videos. Since around 2 months i'm suffering to backup my phone data. Not good experience...
Team Koofr, would you consider keeping the folders when uploading via automatic media uploads, instead of all files going into one folder on the server? That would be very helpful. Thank you, keep up the good work.
Great app / service, best cloud storage. I recently bought their 250GB plan, and so far I have no complaints, everything is working fine. When I had a bit of a problem with the settings, customer service was ready to help me through every step.
