After the app got updated there are no variety of clothes no coupon discounts no size available. Really it was great shopping on koovs earlier but after the update it has disappointed me🤕
Worst experience ever and still waiting for a resolution from more than 2 months.First i received only a part of my order and paid the full payment after that when I did not receive the other part which I have already paid for,i returned what I received and no money refunded and no response from them at all. I last spoke to an agent a month back who gave me false promises to get this resolved but it's been more than 2 months and I have not received my money nor my product. One
I've placed a return and the delivery boy picked my product and not even delivered the New product and still it's been a week and there's no status of my return is showing in the app. And the this is the worst customer care service ever I've seen so far. They don't even respond and the calls couldn't connect. If don't know how to deal with the business please shut it rather than making people frauds @koovs
It's kinda disappointing how a non-fashion focused app has more filters then this app Even the basic filters are not present, so you have to watch the whole product range hoping you may find the product you wanted.
I used to like their services and bought a lot of stuff but there are a lot of issues going on with them lately. 1. Raised the minimum purchase value for free shipping. 2. Cancel order by themselves. 3. If you want to cancel a single item from the order, you have to cancel the whole order. They dont allow partial cancellation. 4. No exchange and return policy. 5 . Sent me wrong products for my last two orders and did nothing to mend their mistake. As a result I have to uninstall the app!!

I still like koovs's clothes but I am giving one star for the pathetic customer service because this people don't even reply or respond. Most of the problem of your regular can be resolved easily if they reply on time. Please don't give me that message drop the mail. I already did that. HOWEVER NOT RECEIVED ANY YET
Not very much happy with recent purchase. My product was halted for more than a month since their warehouse was shifted to some other place and I got a notification that it would be delayed. So I called the customer service! My god! Literally I called them more than 4 times and they were also never sure when the product was arriving. Cancellation option wasn't there in the app so called customer care again. Even though money got refunded it wasn't easy had to call customer service several times
This is worst shoping app I ever seened before. I ordered one tshirt of rs 200 and I also do online payment but later on I cancel my order but in app there is nothing showing like order was cancelled , and they didn't give my money return , Koovs's devolopers give my cashback as soon as possible or else I will do some legal action!
Used to be good. been ordering stuff from them since 2016 but for the last 6 months,the experience has been disappointing to say the least!placed an order in July,then in Au n in Sept. order placed in Sept has been delivered bt wierdly the previous orders haven't been. Everytime I call,I get a different EXCUSE from being out of stock to the warehouse being moved. As a compensation,a 40% off coupon was provided with a validity of a month which I couldn't use. No solutions yet and no clarity!
Previous one is better and I used to shop regularly after update version it's not even feel like to shop from this app.... In some products it's written No return And No refund... If we have size issues then they don't have exchanged policy also.. so finally I'm gonna uninstall this App.
I got my parcel from koovs on 11th February 2022 and i ordered each item twice by mistake so I requested for return on the same day and the return was picked up the same day itself. It was one Koovs men's beige multi shorts and one man blue saint frayed hem ripped shorts the total refund has to be 2600 and it's been over 25 days since I haven't got my refund. the order ID was K297144 or it was K297182 as there were multiple items ordered. I submitted the correct bank account details
Not at all good.... They do not even reply to me even after mailing them so many times. It has been more than 15 days they have not given my refund yet... I will never order anything from this app. They all are scammers
The Koovs is a great shopping App. But, there are few issues i always face with my order. The order time is too much. Also, if I have to exchange the product, first you guys pick up the item, then it will be processed and again the procedure of shipping starts for the exchanged item. This entire thing is taking more than 15 days. This is too much a time for one jeans.
Horrible ,its a very horrible experience shopping with koovs ,the products that I bought had no where mentioned non returnable and now all of a sudden all the 4products I bought are non returnable ,total fraudsters
Absolute horrible experience. It's been 2 months since I made an order and the shipment still shows that it is in progress. Called up the customer care twice, said they would make it high priority. Still no results. The first order that I made also came a month late. Very unprofessional.
Pathetic app experience and collection I used to buy alot but now it's worst. Waiting for my order from past 2 days still there is no update. App is worst after update..
I had ordered some shirts and then i cancelled the order . After a week i haven't got my refund. I tried calling their customer support number but they never answer. Worst experience ever. I am feeling helpless.
It WAS my favorite Indian Online Shopping App. But the new layout looks like a Walmart version of SHEIN. I miss the days when Shipping was free . Often times my Confirmed purchase got CANCELLED on it's own. 🤷🏻♀️this happened not just once,but a lot of times .its very disappointing .The customer Service could be better cause I've been blamed for the technical errors (or something)rather than solving the problem.I've been shopping from Koovs a long time and its definitely not the same anymore.
I was looking for so long on how to waste my hard earned money, then I found this app. I placed an order that had 4 items and never really expected it to get delivered ever, but they surprised me by delivering two of the four items within 3 weeks. But I'm so excited knowing that the remaining two items will never get delivered. The best app ever, wonderful customer support, they never will dissapoint you by giving an ETA on delivery. A very therapeutic experience 😂😅😋
No response for the query...i ordered trouser and shirts but trouser length is way too short and shirt size is way too large...its just waste of my money...how to reach them don't know...
Wish I could give you no stars, such a bad App. I have placed an order in September and haven't got any advancement in the process since then. And today, In November I receive a message from koovs saying the order placed in cancelled. And when I placed the order and couldn't see any action there after I have tried calling the customer care several times. Most of the times the lines were busy, and when the call got connected, which was rare, they promised they would start working the issue asap.
Actually i ordered a jeans it was not fixed me as well , so i exchange it but still my exchange order didn't initiate, it's took 1 week , and i already paid the money via Google pay , my money also didn't refund i don't know what i javrle to do , even i did mail koovs care but they won't respond this very disappointment me
It used to be my favourite shopping place! But since the back to back sale this year, I think they have taken on more than they can handle. I placed my order in the last week of August, and I still haven't received a part of it, despite of 3 follow up calls to their customer care (which went offline for a brief period and has only started functioning recently). They do not know if the products I ordered are in stock even, or they've just held my order for no reason. I'm still waiting!
The previous version used to show the no. Of items in each category but after the update it is gone..should I run through all the products ? The app build quality is pathetic.. there are a lot of bugs.. takes minutes to open the filters and another minute to apply the filters. Delivery speed can be improved, i usually wait for 8-10 days to get a product delivered. Please improve the app features and functionality.
