First I had problems with the application working - it said there is no Internet connection all the time. I guess this could be caused by too many people using the app. Now I've managed to pass the verification and the application works like charm even when sending bigger sums. Thank you for your work!
It states up to 1000 € no identity proof is needed. But after trying to send 100 € it requires to send a photo of my ID card... seems like a scam. Update after reply: maybe it makes sense to mention this in the app interface? Not just changing conditions without users knowledge...
When I signed in, they blocked me right away! When I wrote them to explain this, they said that they don't work! I wrote to their helpline, communicate with them for 2 weeks and after they just said without any explanation, why they blocked me, that they don't work anymore. I have never seen such a bad service ever! The worst service ever!
I have sent money to my country , without knowing rate . They specially do not show rate in nation currency. I lost 100$ from 1000$ right now. I wanted to return my money back but it will take 5 days and they will charge me like 40$ for canceling transaction..They give you option calculate but do not show you rate in that country where you will send money instead dollar to euro.. This is nonsense..Total absurd
All the time I try to set it up - it says "no internet connection". Tried on mobile data and several WiFi networks, no luck. Based in UAE.
It transfers money. Sometimes. Georgian banks always report about some issues with the transfer system and sometimes I just try to withdraw money for several days in a row. You must fix this. Sometimes I feel it can stop working completely.
There are clearly some problems with the app. I have troubles with login in and can do nothing with it. Already for two days and even rebooting the ohone and etc doesn't work
It's charge free but exchange rates are very different around in 1000 euros to usd different around 66 usd too much that's i am giving this app 2 stars.. Euro to usd 1.10 but this app will change 1 euro to USD 1.03..
Good app. Fast and secure. Although its big fees for receiver to take out the money. Like 10-20% depending on the amount sent.
I tried to invite my friend to use this app but there are no fields to enter any promo code. So you can't get anything from misleading referral program.
The worst customer service ever. I didn't get my 15€ promotion for my first money transfer! If you don't follow your own rules at least you can remove this false promotion from your app!
always asking to increase limit! i dont need to send more than 1000eu, i passed the second step up to 7500 verified. Its not enough now!!!! app asking to increase up to 15k. Why???!!!!
Trying to login to this app - and all I get is a message to log in later due to server maintenance - been this way for over 2 ,hours !!!!!

To pay 500rub need auth, which takes to much time:( Bought rubles using different way. Not recommend to use this one. Maybe later they will be able to do auth, with non Russian documents

Scammers! Their website said they don't charge any fees for transactions in EUR - guess what? They charged me 70€ for transferring 300€ from Russia to Georgia even though I used an individual EUR card! Мошенники! Пишут, что не взимают комиссию за валютный перевод - в итоге за перевод 300 евро из России в Грузию с меня содрали 70 евро, даже несмотря на то, что перевод был сделан с валютной карты!
Disgusting! Never use it, at least in Uzbekistan. Visited six banks, got rejected everywhere under different reasons, it's virtually impossible to recieve the money. Не используйте, в Узбекистане очень трудно получить деньги нерезиденту

"No internet connection" error, all other apps work fine. The developer keeps deleting my negative review.
Just enormous exchange rates. Doesn't make sense to use this service with the fees like that.

The app was excellent when I first downloaded it. All features met my expectations. However, it became more difficult to use afterwards asking for a lot of documents repeatedly and sometimes even I had a limit, I was not able to send desired amount. Anyway it is now all sorted by contacting the customer support team.
The first transfer I made with the app was fast and without troubles. But later I've got several issues with the app: 1) terms and conditions are not up to date in the app, had to consult with customer support in the chat to obtain correct information; 2) although the app itself is translated, chatbot responds in Russian; 3) the web version did not work for me at all. Given the issues above I'm going to look for other options.
