Update: Unable to open the app currently for a week. Tried re-installing it but doesn't load. Shows message: We are facing some technical issue. Phone: Samsung S22 Ultra OS: Android 12 One UI version: 4.1 One of the best banking apps I have used. Nice interface with menus optimized in terms of navigation, importance and even color. Easy to do all major operations. Secure with password and pin.

Application is quite user friendly. Have not faced any issues so far. Best part is that the beneficiary is added and activated within short time and one can send money instantly (though upto certain limit for the first 24 hours) but still the first time find transfer limit is higher than atleast the SBI yono app.

I happen to use apps of both private banks and PSU banks. Among the apps of private banks, that of Kotak Bank scores very very poorly. For example, you successfully processed 2 online transfers and on the 3rd transfer, the app suddenly encounters a technical glitch and quits. This has happened to me on a number of occasions. The app needs to be improved . Thanks

Everything is fine. Except one thing, it only allows user to share transaction reciept after payment. If you want to see or share transaction details of particular details like time, it's impossible. They have provided lots of features but lacks some basic features. It should've option to share transaction reciept through any communication apps not just sms and email. As well as if you want to verify on portal it always responds as id is not valid.

Overall features and functionalitys are superb,but UI is not as like as professional app.Need ti improve UI/UX of the app. Edit: In new release UI improved a lot. Thanks dev team for that.But still there is much older loader,bottom navigation and major thing is splash screen which looks too bad. It would be great if it's get improved like profesional app.

The App doesn't open forget about using it. Outdated features. For a simple fact you cannot WhatsApp or Mail a self generated statement. The only option is by Post. Seriously!!! All the while you try to access the App you get this lousy message that there is some Technical Problem at their end. Does this ever end.

The app needs a lot of improvement. Compared to other private banks. Kotaks app interface is very poor. But other than that there are no issues with the banking process. The app's interface is very outdated. And really needs an upgrade. Example federal bank has a great app interface and smooth as well. Hope kotak upgrades it's app, at the earliest.

Poor customer support. Pathetic support. I called on their customer care no. And when they picks up the call, it automatically disconnects after a minute. I called them again and requested if calls get disconnected, kindly give a call back because it is really time consuming to reach you gyieess. But I didnt get any call. I only wanted to know about the terms of credit card because I wanted to use Kotak credit card but after seeing such bad customer support now I will never use kotak credit card

Was browsing through the apply section of the app as I was looking for credit card options available. The app asked me to enter my salary & I did. Nothing happened. When I tried other salary tiers, it said something like - this feature is unavailable due to internal bank policy. Well, here's a 1-star rating from the customer policy. Cheers!

I use 811 just for mobile recharge , restuarants and online shopping, as it says it's zero balance account. i just add enough funds as per needs from my other accounts, this back randomly freezes my balance without any prior notice , even though it shows my balance in unable to use it, Do these guys know how embarrassing it is in a restuarant to have your card declined randomly even with having balance.

Slow and glitchy app. Useless customer support in all available options. I have been so much pateint about my issues with this bank to resolve. I don't find it worthy to continue using. It's less than a month since I've opened an account and I want to close my account ASAP.

It had been a great experience but since last week I'm unable to start the app. The app keeps loading and loading till the eternity and i end up closing the app. I'm facing a huge problem to check my bank status and doing payments. The app was amazing before this update. After this update, you can't open UPI section. It just gets stuck at loading. Same thing happens when you click on Credit Card details section. Kindly fix the glitches which came with this update. Earlier one was much better.

There is a lot of improvement in the app. My only suggestion is to add Mutual funds and SIPs option too, because this is the only thing we cannot do with regular money transfer apps, and would it be great to have it in our bank's very own app.

I have made a UPI transaction from Kotak Mobile banking app. It's shows payment was unsuccessful and its failed but amount got debited from my bank account. When it will reflect back in my kotak account. And also no proper customer service to report this issue. It's not getting connected banking team to report the issue with transaction. I have tried many times but it's not connecting to Customer Care.

I have been banking with them for several years. It use to be this bank which I use to look up to and recommend to everyone. But, recently they have put a lot of meaningless, not tested automation which looks more like cutting cost than any use to the customer. One being Keya.. the useless bot. Recently, I had asked for a statement which was duly sent to my email, but multiple emails are now spamming my inbox with the same statement. There is no direct way to content customer service

App is not accessible. It is not sending sms from my device so that device can be verified. I have tried with reinserting sim card but it did not fixed the issue. I am unable to use the app. More important thing is I have rated the app here but it had removed probably by the developer. Instead of removing the review they should have focus on fixing the issue.

Only good for transfer money. Services nil. No statements generated since more than a year. No credit card statements no saving ac statememts can be requested by this app any more and RMS are useless most of the time they do not pick calls and even if they do you have to remind them again and again.. Shifted my banking to icici partly for the same.

In spite of updating I can't use UPI function and billing as there is some UI issue. I can't take screenshots else I would send you Another issue.. Upi scan and pay never becomes success easily. By chance if successful, recipients doesn't get money.. I don't know what's the issue.

Reported issue tab not working under help, always showing error that Some technical issue occurred, please try again later, and this happened from last week. and when you want to submit complaint under help tab it will stuck in loading. Not expecting that cheap level of service from kotak. And there sales team also frauding with people in the name of loan. They are asking for all the documents and details and further no response from the bank? What the hell is that?

Worst experience in kotak mobile app as well as phone banking. I am unable to understand why there lien mark in account after payment of full amount. Still there are not removing the lien and the phone banking person taking so long time to confirm the details, actually they wanted to earn money from phone banking also because it's chargeable service there costing 1.5rs per mint.

The bill pay section in the app never works...just keeps on loading then showing some error message. Better work up on this bug 27 April 2022- it's been a year and yet again disappointment continues. Everytime you need to scan and pay, this app makes you fall on your face. Just feed up with it now.

Everything works good in this app. But the only Issue I am facing with your bank's application is Lot of Promotional notification (open FD , order 811 Debit , Credit card bla bla bla) from app which just Makes your application from Hero to zero by destroying the user experience and there is no option to turn off Promotional notification and receive only transection related Notification Do fix this Notification issue to enhance the user experience of this app.

One of the worst banking app I have seen ever, every time when I am trying to login the app it always shows technical issue. Most of the time I face the issue operating it for any transactions even on the 4G/5G speed connectivity. Maximum time app says that it's in maintenance.
